**. ******** owner of Nirouze Appliance Repair, repaired my dishwasher on 11/19/2022. He stated that the repair would be covered under warranty by him for 90 days. The dishwasher broke again approximately 3 weeks later, during the repair warranty period. I notified **. ******* via a text message on 12/15/2022 that the dishwasher was not working and he indicated he was out of the country until 1/19/2023 and would contact me when he returned. During the period in which he claimed to be out of the country, posts on my neighborhood listserv indicated that he was in the country and repairing appliances in my neighborhood. After seeing listserv posts that he was repairing appliances in my neighborhood, I sent him a text inquiring if he was back in the country and scheduling appointments. He responded on 1/8/2023, via text indicating that he was still out of the country and would return on 1/19/2023. He also indicated in a text message on that date Thanks for your patience. I will not charge you. In the meantime, other posts on the neighborhood listserv indicated he was in the country making appliance repairs at this time. I reached out to him via text on 1/20/2023 to inquire about his availability to repair the dishwasher; however, despite receiving a read receipt for the text, he has yet to contact me back 6 days later.
