1 stari have been dealing with them since December on my 2017 **** It started with an exhaust valve, that didnt fix the problem. Found metal shavings in my motor after this repair which has caused damage to my camshaft bearings and a cylinder wall. They denied my claim. So my *** is sitting at the short tore down because I cannot afford to pay for something that is clearly in my warranty. *****************.Review fromJames M

Wynn's is unclear as to Mr. ******** statements in his complaint. Wynn's approved the initial complaint and repair to the Vehicle. After the engine replacement, the repair facility found additional failures to the Vehicle which Wynn's is working with it to have repaired. Wynn's will continue working on the claim for Mr. ******** benefit.Review fromSavannah G

Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Nobody on the team ever knows whats going on and when you call them they say they cant help you. Im paying for a warranty for them to not do s*** ever. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. Everybody I talk to is irritated with them. They have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. SHUT THEM DOWN AND INVESTIGATE WHERE OUR MONEY IS GOING.Wynn's Extended Care, Inc

Wynn's is shocked to hear this from Ms. **************** In looking at her Contract, Wynn's has approved 3 claims in the previous 6 months in amounts approximating $5,000.00, which includes the most recent claim from March. Wynn's looks forward to assisting her again in the future, should the need arise.Review fromTiffany K

I wish I could give zero stars! THIS IS THE "WORST" WARRANTY COMPANY EVER!!!!! Please save yourself the stress and hassle and run when this warranty is presented! To start, I've been to FOUR auto shops, not because they couldn't do the job, but because they didn't want to deal with Wynn's Warranty. Finally the 4th shop agreed because they've never dealt with them, now they are saying they regret even accepting to work with them. My truck has been in the shop for a whole month just sitting while I still have to pay the note on it on top of paying for a rental car, which Wynn's states they will not reimburse me until my claim is approved. They are giving me the run around and making me be the middle person telling me that I have to call the shop and tell the shop to call them and etc. They said I had to wait for and inspector to come out to look at the car, which took 4 days for them to come out and they STILL haven't approved the claim because they said they need the shop to let them know what is causing the ticking from the engine. So, basically their wasting my time and my money because I'm paying for rentals and everyday that goes by without approval I am responsible for. Every time I asked to speak with a supervisor I get two different response, either they don't have one or they can transfer you to the supervisors voicemail and they'll reach out within ***** hours, which they never do. They customer ********************** is HORRIBLE! They place have a VERY BAD REPUTATION, and Credit Acceptance needs to find better warranty to work with. I'm telling you, YOU BETTER RUN from this company! My head hurts and blood pressure is sky high dealing with this scam company!Wynn's Extended Care, Inc

This company is a joke. They have drawn out fixing my car for 8 months. They say its the shop, but the shop has reported everything back to Wynns and they just keep dragging it out. This is by far the worst warranty company I have ever seen. These people need to be sued in a class action suit from all of the people they have screwed. I am planning to sue them myselfWynn's Extended Care, Inc

Wynn's appreciates Mr. ***** reaching out regarding his claim. The repair facility has not been able to identify the cause of failure and metal debris inside the engine. Wynn's will continue working with the repair facility to help progress the claim.Review fromKimyron B

This business HAS to b deeply investigated Im noticing there are akot of similar problems. *** had my *** 550i for about a year and a half only drivin it healthy for about 6-7 months had 1 claim with them no issue now my last 2 have been nothing but I feel like to the most difficult and strange so in April *** made a claim for oil pan shop does more digging finds out its my oil pan and oil pan gaskets I get a call from the shop November saying that the warranty company isnt and does not plan on fixing the oil pan because the crack isnt visible but my technician told him that you can see exactly where the crack can b because oil is constantly dripping they laughed and said good luck with that and refused to re start the claim then on I forgot to add they denied paying *** for the service they did my technician had to call them for about 3-4 days fast forward the car is sitting gets towed back because I realized that they have to cover this *** read and understand my contract and the fact Im paying for the car and service I expect them to abide by the contract fast forward to now the refuse to send a inspector I dont mind paying to fix the car but I do not expect to pay for this service or pay as much if Im going to have to its not right and they need to be investigatedWynn's Extended Care, Inc

Wynn's approved a claim in October 2024, which included a parts and labor warranty. The leak was reportedly caused by the oil pan gaskets, which were covered under the repairs performed in October 2024, therefore the shops warranty is responsible for repairing the leak.Review fromJuanita H

1 starWorst company I have ever done business with. I have been out over $1200 doing diagnostic test and they still are requiring me to spend another $3500 to have diagnostic done their way. 5 starsPurchased with vehicle February 2024.Had breakdown November 2024. Flashing engine light. They paid entire tow bill I wasn't charged one dime for towing. They paid for rental vehicle. When the dealership diagnosed the problem was a misfire in cylinder #2, repairs came in at $500.00 my warranty policy paid. My part to pay was only $60.00. Customer ********************** was supportive and kind.Review fromVick A
