Last year I purchased vanity cabinets, vanity countertop and sink from USA Cabinet Store **************************************, Rockville, ** *****, phone **************. I paid $358.09 for sink to USA Cabinet Store on 6/21/2022. The sink model was ************************* ******** and purchase was done under control of *************************** who assured that this model will fit perfectly. My licensed contractors and the licensed plumber warned me before installation that the sink and vanity countertop do not fit the cabinet. I immediately contacted ****** and expressed the licensed contractors concern. ****** assured that installer will resolve all the problems to my satisfaction. On November 3, 2022 the installer confirmed that the contractors concern was warranted and the sink and countertop do not match. To remedy the problem the USA Cabinet Store installer offered me to take the ************************* sink back with him and refund the cost of the sink so USA Cabinet Store does not have to take the countertop back and make a new one. Instead he provided me with the free replacement sink. I agreed. *************************** confirmed in email that I will be refunded and since then I was stone walled. I did not receive refund. Manager never returned calls since November. Please help me to receive full refund $358.09 for the ****** sink I paid for and that was returned back to USA cabinet store. The brand name high sink I paid for was returned and substituted by no brand but free sink.
