If I could give zero stars I would. Bad experience with this company cleaning a mattress. I was quoted $79 over the phone but when they got here to assess the mattress, it was $212. It was very soiled so I decided to proceed. They insisted on being paid first. The technicians were done in 15-20 minutes which I thought was way quick. They did a poor job cleaning up after themselves. Water spilled on my floors from the cleaning device. Thankfully they are hardwood so it was easy to clean up but what if it were carpet? I had to clean up after them! The next day, the mattress still had a lot of stains which seemingly came to the surface after the mattress dried and the odor they were supposed to get rid of was still there. It clearly was not cleaned good or vacuumed well. I immediately took pictures and sent to the tech and called the company. I would end up calling the company over 4 days trying to reach a manager. I talked to four different “customer service” people who each said they would relay my message or give me a call back. Never happened! I texted the tech over the course of these days as well. Left voicemails. Sent emails. Requested my money back, but were quick to say they don’t give refunds but yet they did nothing to resolve the situation. This job was done on a Monday. Finally on Thursday, the tech gets back to me and says he could come back and clean it again. He gave me a window between 3-5 PM. He didn’t get here until 6:20 PM. No one from the office called and said he would be late. He didn’t either. He cleaned the mattress again. Was another quick job. Left water on the floor once again that needed to be cleaned up. I definitely will not use this company again. I never heard from a manager. Never had any of my emails responded to. The customer service reps are a joke. I think they use an answering service. They could never give me a managers name or anything. Stay away. Not worth the headache!
