For complete transparency, Dr. F keeps deleting or having my post removed because he hates that I am documenting and putting it out there for others to read my experience with him and his office. My goal is to continue reposting every time he deletes, hopefully, to prevent other patients from experiencing the same atrocity I went through with dealing with this doctor. I've never encountered a doctor who is a bigger gaslighter and lacks any concern or empathy for their patients. And his office could use some sessions on good customer service. This wasn't just a dentist I went to once; I was his patient for years, so his treatment of me when things weren't perfect shows his lack of character. My experience with his practice is that they only cared about taking my money, lacked ethics, and Dr. F lied straight to my face. I called his office several times to address a concern with his service to only being given the runaround for months. His refusal to call me back forced me to schedule an appointment for a 5-minute conversation with him. Of course, he did this so that he could bill my insurance company. He not only lied to my face that he would personally give me a callback but then lied on his employees and blamed their lack of intelligence on passing patients' concerns to him. I knew he was lying. To lie in an email that you never guaranteed results is a full-face LIE. The moral of the story is that Dr. F is horrible, and if you're thinking of being a patient of his, which is why you're reading this review, I would not recommend him as your dentist. I would give zero stars if I could.
