    I have a membership with Amazing Lash Studio in Rockville, Md where I am charged automatically monthly. However their client portal doesn’t work and I can’t modify my own credit card on file or my membership. Also, if I cancel my membership, they say all credits toward services I already paid for will be lost. On Feb 05 2023 I emailed them to ask for cancellation of my membership. They emailed back they will stop charges on my card until I use up the credits I already paid for. I just realized in May 2023 that I was actually still being charged this whole time. So I emailed on May 18 to have guidance on stopping my membership, with no response. I emailed May 31 to ask for cancellation of my membership again, to follow up, with no response. I emailed again June 4, no response. I included a screenshot of charges on my card and opened a dispute with ********** to stop further transactions from this business. A dispute is currently open. I live next to the business and I know they are open and seeing customers, but they won't even email me back? I have paid monthly and gotten services there regularly but I cant get a simple email back? And I feel like they have stolen from me when they put in writing that they would no longer charge me, and will keep my funds if I cancel membership, so either way I have lose. Charged: feb 27 $80 March 27 $80 I went in person in April to use credits, which is what they told me to do in February. Charged again May 6 $80 Then again May 27: $80 Total charged when they put in writing that they wouldn't charge me anymore: $320 I can go in person to confront someone there but I wanted to file this report first to back up my complaints further.
