I checked a box for a free trial of 2 samples of lumina skin care products. The products arrived 4 days after my debit card was charged. After 3 & long on hold phone calls, non answered on line chat attempt & being hung up on after telling me I no account with them a pleasant woman answered & canceled my acct. She told me the products are non returnable. I know I read the rules which I read said they would be refundable with original packaging & receipt within 30 days. Including $6.95 x 2(they both arrived in one pkg.) & $96.95 for each product this Free Trial cost me $207.80. Sadly checked the product on line & ******** has the same size & product for less than $19.00 each. Don't fall for this scam unless you have money to throw away. I was all for a free trial offer because I'm on a fixed income with no money to spare. It should be illegal to call this a free trial when you pay for it before you even receive it much less have time to sample it. If my complaint can help stop this false advertising I would feel a little less violated than I do right now. The consumer can't win with this business. Not only do they not care about their customers they must laugh all the way to the bank for getting away with it. I guess it's legal robbery.
