I hired this moving company on 7/25/17 to move my furniture from Hampton, VA to Texas. Because I was not able to get housing, I used their storage facility. I paid $375.00 a month for storage. On 3/9/22 * * ****** ******* debited $499.00 from my account without prior notice that they were increasing my storage fee. I contacted **** on 3/14/22 to find out why they had increased my fee so much. He said everything had gone up. I informed him that I no longer wanted to use his storage facility and to please deliver my furniture to me in Texas immediately. He promised that he would procure a truck and give me a date in a couple of days I followed up with a certified letter reiterating what we had spoken about over the phone. After not hearing from him I sent him an email letting him know that I was waiting for a delivery date of my furniture. I did not receive a response. I called him again on 4/12/22 and he put me on hold and never came back. The person I spoke with is ****. His phone number is ###-###-####. The number of the business is ###-###-####. The name of the business on my contract is ****** ****** *** ***********. Located *** ** **** *** Rockville,MD ***** phone ************. This address and name is different from the one on my bank statement where they debit my account.
