I recently purchased a Nissan ****** from this dealership on February 10, 2023. When it came time to make the purchase the salesman, *******, told me about an optional assurance plan and all that was included and the $1,500 additional price. I told him I don’t know if I want that and let me think about it. He never asked me again if I wanted it and it wasn’t till I reviewed the bill of sale a bit closer a few days later that I saw the assurance plan for an additional $1,500 was added to the cost. They also forgot to include a small discount that was given thru my bank car buying service. When I emailed the finance person, *****, about the assurance plan he said the “Assurance was after the $1,500 discount off the price “ so when I questioned there was a $1,500 discount just for it to be added back on for something I didn’t agree too I did not ever get a response. When I returned to pick up my vehicle after they made a repair I met with the manager, *****. I asked for an explanation and he basically told me it was for the assurance plan and it was included in the advertised sale price. I explained that it was proposed to me as an option and not required, I did not want the plan. He just kept saying the vehicle would be the same price with or without it which didn’t make any sense. I felt rushed and forced to include an option that I did not want. The “additional “ $1,500 should not have been forced onto the price if it wasn’t wanted but the staff there did not seem to want to take it off. Already having the vehicle for a few days I felt forced and was rushed to resign the papers. Would like to have the bill of sale redone and the $1,500 deducted.Business response

CRM Sherlene L****, reached out to the dealer's team response to this matter. Dealer spoke to the customer and she is paying $19650 in total which is the true price of the car. Customer seems satisfied now and does not want to return the vehicle. Customer stated that she endorsed the check and sent it out on yesterday 3/02/23. Please close. In June I went to Darcars Collision Center to try to get my vehicle repaired after an accident. I was told that it would take a few weeks to order the parts for the repairs. They said that my insurance check would be needed to order the parts. I provided them my insurance check from *** ***** for $1702.63. It has now been over 2 months. No repairs have been done to my vehicle. I have not been able to speak with anyone at the collision center. No one has been available to talk to me when I have called. No one has bothered to call me back to let me know what is going on. I have been transferred to phone lines that just ring and no one picks up. I believe that they have ran off with my insurance check without performing any repairs committing insurance fraud.Business response

Any There was a delay in receiving the required part for this vehicle it took longer than expected. seems to Most of the parts came in on 8/2/22, and we got her car in on the 29th. The vehicle is currently in the shop getting put back together, and should be ready for pick up on Monday 9/19/22. Please close. Thanks Sherlene L****
