      Very unprofessional , no ethics . July 12/2024 I bought a VW ID4 ,they forced me to buy a service contract , now I am calling to cancel the contract no one want to talk to me , once the financing manager answer the phone and hang up on me .Also the pay off of my trade in was $31,134.69 ,but the paid $30,644 ,I am trying to get my refund and getting no answer.I have never been treated like that in a dealer.My intelligence is disrespected .Do they think I am nobody because I am hispanic or a senior ?Thanks and blessings !*****************

      Our Finance Director reached out to you earlier this week and sent you a copy of the service contract cancellation. Please let us know if you have any questions about this document. We appreciate your patience and will improve our efficiency with these matters in the future.

      Additionally, our Finance Director is working with our General Manager, *******************, to investigate the difference between the actual and expected payoff of your trade-in vehicle.       BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING! I emailed about the advertise price. Yes, thats the price. I called about the advertised price. Yes, thats the price. I showed up to the dealership and was given a different price. On top of that was told I couldnt finance with Volkswagen because this is a special price.

      Several employees offered the worst service from the sale all the way to the hassle of receiving tags 2 days after the paper ones expired! Rude, impatient, inaccurate, dismissive, not knowledgeable and extremely unprofessional. Do not purchase from here

      The WORST Dealership in the AREA!!! This car experience was the worst and the car wasn’t for me. My mother purchased a used car at this location, the end of last month. Before signing, we pointed out to Boye that there was a significant amount of interior and exterior damage on the car, including pet hair someone’s hair and make up stains. We were told that it would be fixed and went ahead with purchasing the car. Weeks went by and never heard from anyone about bringing the car back. Spoke to Boye on the phone and he said they would fix the car in another week but it never happened. A week after that call, I asked to speak to Boye and they told he no longer works at the dealership but was told to bring the car in for an estimate. We go to the collision center to have them look at the damage so they could send the information to the used car department and be compensated for it. Shane is the other used car sales manager and he is sexist, rude asshole. Literally anytime I spoke to him in person, he’s looking at my chest. Shane said he would have his guy come out and fix the car as the collision shop was “charging too much,” to fix the car. We gave him the keys Saturday, October 16th, 2021. Today, my mom called and they said the car was ready. When we got to the dealership, they had us going different places to pick the car up. When we finally saw the car, they did not complete all the work. The car was still dirty and majority of the exterior damage was not fixed. We were waiting for an hour just for them to somewhat clean the car but not do a good job at it. So for three days, what were you all doing with the car? Plus, you could not offer a loaner while fixing the car after you’re F-up, ridiculous…. When talking to Shane, he walked away from me twice, while I was talking about the car and made stupid remarks about the car not being “new” and he can’t make it look that way. My mother and I were aware that a 2015 was not a “new” car; Not sure how he became a manager or still has a job. When Shane walked away from me the second time, I told him that I have been waiting over and hour and that I JUST had a baby who was in the car with my mom. I did not want to wait any longer and told him he was being unprofessional. He said some smart remark and after that, I was tired of being nice and started yelling and cursing. One of his colleagues did not want to get involved when they had us going around in circles and was being disrespectful but once I showed I was upset, you’re gonna threaten to call the COPS on me! Ha! Then I ask for the general manager’s info and the smart ass who sits on the left hand side of the glass door of the sales department tells me the GM’s name and that I can find his information on the website. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE OR OURISMAN VOLKSWAGEN!! Safe yourself the trouble, heartache, money and go somewhere else. Brown’s Nissan is a good place to buy a car. They are very professional and the cars are worth the money.
