Placed an order with them over 5 weeks ago and haven't not recieved the items. Emailed them 3 times over the course of a few days and heard nothing back from them. Now i have to dispute this charge through the credit card company.Review from Todd L

Ordered a part and when I received it, I got the wrong part. Tried to call and also tried to email them and no response. They’re website says satisfaction guaranteed, but that is a lie. I’ll have to eat the cost and trie to sell the item to someone else and go through a different company.Review from Brad G

Ordered an item from the website over a month ago, I never received tracking information nor the item. I have reached out to the company via email and phone and have had no response. Since we were not able to contact the company to get a refund, we had to dispute the charge through our credit card company so this "business" won't get paid!Review from Thomas S

I used the "contact us" feature to ask if they had a product on hand. They replied within a day or two telling me it was in stock. i paid them $870.00 for the item. I waited a few days and called to check shipping status but they never answered the phone. i left a total of 17 voicemails, 6 emails, and used the "contact us" feature 4 more time. Still no door, and still no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!Review from James C.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, THEY WILL NOT RETURN EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS, BUT ARE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU PLACE THE ORDER. I ORDERED A AIR FILTER PART # 02-3193-01 SIZE STATED IT WAS A 19.5X8 WHICH IS WHAT I NEEDED, BUT WHEN I RECEIVED IT THEY HAD SENT ONE THAT IS 17X5. LIKE ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE STATED, GO ELSEWHERE OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AS WELL!!Review from Kris K

Buyer Beware!! I ordered a valve assembly and when I received it, it was broken. The assembly was damaged during shipping because they used the cheapest shipping envelope they could. This item should have been shipped in a box. I have tried to contact the company several times. I even sent them pictures and a video of the damaged part. THEY HAVE NEVER RESPONDED OR CONTACTED ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. The shipping charge was over $25.00 and the part was only $26.00. If you buy anything from this company you are throwing your money away. As I have read and can personally attest to, there is absolutely no customer service and the chances of you getting your money back appear to be non existent. I have always been told - "You Get What You Pay For"! I should have listened. When you try and save money, sometimes it costs you more. It did! I finally had to buy from a reputable company and I paid twice what I did from SharpTek Supply. However, the quality of the part and customer service is a 1,000 times that of SharpTek. Needed a gear. Ordered Monday. Called Wednesday because shipping wasn’t updated. After 12 minute hold guy said order was being shipped right then. Next day I got two packages. Neither were my gear. Call again. It’s being shipped. Six emails overnight saying gear has shipped with the tracking numbers for the other packages I got. It’s Friday. Still no gear. They are horrible and disorganized. Just like everyone below, I ordered a part from their site, was charged immediately, and have not received any updates and cannot get in contact with them. I called a business adjacent to them and they said this place only comes into the office once every few months to pick up mail.
