This company manages the parking lot of the apartment Im renting. A renter buys a pass for a year and they allow three free guest parking for each month. On the night of August 05,2024. I logged into their website and used my free guest parking pass for the night( I have a pass for the year). I logged out after confirming that I had the pass for the night. Next morning I found out that they towed my guests car. Unfortunately, you only can reach customer service through an email. Their system can show that I have logged out from their system that evening but hasnt registered what time I logged in or what activities I have done. It didnt save my pass for unclear reason. Unfortunately, no one is willing to look into things and help you.Review from Dan V

For this service, if I could give zero stars, I would. The difficulty to get in contact with customer service is terrible. They do not answer the phones, they email only, and when you request to change vehicle parking registration, it will not allow you to do so. I’ve paid for 2 passses and a guest pass. They removed my current vehicle for my parking access and placed my guests vehicle as the primary car at the residence. The fact that they’re disrespectful and undermine the customer is something I take personal. It’s not about the money, it is about the principle in how you treat customers rather treat them like another person to Scam. Go figure their ratings are low. Their Customer service is terrible.Review from Jennifer J

This company is not interested in helping landlords ensure better resident parking. Their website is next to useless. It takes them MONTHS to send parking passes out. We purchased one for both of our vehicles and it took them so long to send even on that the vehicle we purchased one pass for was traded in for another. I thought it would be easy to transfer the pass to the new car - because you assume as a resident of the property that you should be able to do this - but instead their website only loaded a blank page. I put the pass in my new car anyway and parked near my apartment because it was 29F and late at night and I didn't want to have to walk 3/4 of a mile after street parking and I LIVE HERE AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO PARK HERE. Got towed in the middle of the night. I will be complaining profusely to my rental office about this company and it's myriad issues in providing reasonable parking enforcement. I strongly recommend that landlords stay away from this business as you will have nothing but angry and frustrated residents.
