Had my seasonal maintenance check for both plumbing and HVAC. Both technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They showed and explained everything they were doing. Vito was contracted to repair a furnace that was not properly lighting. After inspecting the unit, the technician installed a new ignitor, which did not solve the issue. During a follow up visit, the technician was unable to repair the furnace. I am now out the cost of an inspection and ignitor, and the furnace is still not lighting properly.James Vito, Inc. Response

Wonderful company that I have used for over 20 years. Love the workers/ employees-Very friendly and reliable. Tracy is wonderful with advance notice of contractors arrival. Very helpful for me.
