I ordered a pair of shoes from this company and received the wrong pair. I contact by their email upon receiving them. They did respond in a timely matter but after several emails back the response time got longer each time. They have told me there is a slight variation in the shoes that is online that I purchased. This is not the case its 2 completely different shoes. I responded back again that they are not the same and that I want the correct shoe and its been over 24 hrs and they have yet to respond to rectify the situation.Initial Complaint

I ordered shoes and included 2nd day delivery( well aware of weekends and holiday exceptions) the item was shipped ground, I have contacted business and they tell me they shipped 2nd day in which they did not, item was shipped *** ground as stated on shipment tracking log. I want my $10 difference in price returned, it is not about the money alone, but where is the extra $10 going to and how many other customers are losing this $10 and getting ground shipping. Seems like some type of scam.Business response

To whom it may concern:
The customer ordered a pair of sneakers on Saturday, January 15th at 6:50 pm with a 2- day shipping option. Our warehouse shipped out the order on January 16th via *** with the arrival date of Wednesday, January 19th (in the time requested). The requested time only includes business days.
The customer paid additional for the 2 day select option but *** was able to get it to her via ground in the same amount of time. We have since refunded her the additional shipping charge of $10.
