    THE NEW 48hr HOLD OF $75 POLICY IS NOT ADVERTISED ONLINE!!! I'm at the movies as we speak & I've NEVER had an issue, but tonight I did. Drove 30 plus miles & I waited to eat until I got here to celebrate my Birthday. After I placed my order, the waitress stated a $75 charge plus the amount for my order is required. Per the waitress, my $75 will go back to my card in 2 days. I inquired why, waitress states, it's b/c people walk out on the bill & call their bank to dispute the charge. I asked to speak w/ the Manager b/c I'm a frequent Patreon & this is NOT ADVERTISED online; its false advertisement. The Manager, ***** ****** comes & I asked her is the "NEW $75 POLICY" advertised? She confidently stated "No". Then proceeds to state that she is unsure if it's on the site, she used her cellphone, checked & as I stated the, "NEW $75 POLICY" IS NOT ADVERTISED. I said, it shouldn't be enforced & what am I supposed to do since I wasn't aware of a policy that isn't advertised? Manager, ***** ****** stated that I am welcome to go to the concession stand. However, what I want isnt available on the concession stands menu (WOW). What am inconvenience when I paid for convenience. NOTE: The movie hasn't started, so I asked for a refund for both tickets that I paid for, the Manager stated, we can't give a refund b/c it's corporate policy even though it isn't advertised. It's my Birthday weekend, I drove 30 plus miles to get here, I'm out of $40 for my seats, can't get the food I wanted which is also the reason I came, can't get a refund b/c of a policy that IS NOT ADVERTISED, so inconvenienced do to a POLICY THAT ISN'T ADVERTISED. Very disappointed w/ how I was handled. No refund even though the movie hasn't started, no food, no advertisement, no suitable solution from the Manager. Horrible birthday due to a lack of communication on company's end. I left w/o seeing the movie in full & very hungry after riding 30 plus miles. Please have a Representative contact me asap.

    I was deeply disappointed that several recliner chairs had tape on them and looked like they needed to be replaced. I will not visit this theater again because when I brought it to several management's (a male and female) that I do not eat medium well done hamburgers. They informed me that because they prepared for such a large gathering like the one I was attending (The Color Purple movie on Thursday, 12-21-2023). They have to cook all of the burgers medium well done is unacceptable to me. They did not offer to give me a substitute. This is poor customer service. I know how to take my business support to another theatre. Sincerely, Alex T********
