First transaction was 9/9 2021, the after sales is the worst you can't imagine, weeks until you get to hear from them and they give you many excuses, all the time, this first time the boat EXPLOTED.. (pictures if required) we paid for this brand new ( defective quality boat) of an "American proud company as they describe themselves" 2317 dollars plus shipping to mexico Around 600 dollars plus taxes more after months of negotiating they finally agreed to ship another one to us... (have all the emails and delays they commit) we got that boat for almost a year new in a box since nobody wanted the piece of crap (pardon my french) Finally on 12/12 2023 we took it out of the box and inflate it... BRAND NEW... and started to fall apart,, all of it... the center floor leaks air, and deflates, the tubes protections, falling apart, losing air also, and all security cords and logos just falling apart, is an accident waiting to happen, not sure if they want to kill someone in the middle of the ocean but, I would dare you to get one of this boats, and put your love ones on them in the middle of the ocean and feel safe with a peace of mind, this is a liability, a hazard boat, a huge accident waiting to happen and a scam, since a lot of people just cut their loses and don't do anything about it, when we should be demanding the right quality out of safeness for a vehicule, boat, safe device, or the close of a pitty quality company like this.. they never answered my email, and when they did they said it was holidays season "so bad timing for me", and then with bad attitude, demanded after over 6 weeks of no hearing from them, more videos and photos, are they out of their mind? Need help to expose this company, if I can recover my money Awesome, but if not, at least I want the public, the customers, to be aware of the practices of this company that do not care about the safety of their clients, or the after sales warranty, that the quality is not on america behalf or standards
