We purchased a vehicle and paid it off! We recently were in an accident and the vehicle was totaled out. We didn't know too much on title information that we do now, and assuming that the title we were giving was the only title we would have got. Didn't know until now that we have to go to dmv to get lean taken off to get the original title. We're tried contacting Auto mall several of times, in person and by phone and we still not getting a response. When I went by in person, I gave them all my information and was promised a call within 24hrs to resolve the situation and still no communication. I was informed that their system hasn't been updated since 2020, and the one employee they had there that we always delt with no longer work there, and now they don't even deal with autos they are in real estate now. We been trying to resolve this since 19th of September 2022. Our insurance company also tried contacting them and still no one reached out. We need them to release the vehicle under our name so we can resolve this matter with our insurance company so we can get a new vehicle for our family. So right now, we're stuck in this terrible situation. We exhausted every resource we know of to resolve this matter.
