      I purchased a 'renewed' copier from Copier1 a little over 2 years ago for $4000. I spoke to Dan, the president, over the phone and he sold me on a copier that was 'practically new' (20k meter). Dan also spoke highly of their customer service and 5-year warranty and said if there was anything wrong to reach out to him. Fast forward 2 years and I begin to have issues. Dan didn't reply to my email requesting to purchase toner so I had to seek a third-party vendor. The toner I purchased was OEM. Several months later, the copier begins to have more issues. There was an issue with a motor, a part that is non-consumable and should have been covered under warranty. I reached out to Copier1 again and they state the warranty no longer applies since I did not purchase toner from them directly. When I spoke to Dan about it, he chose to berate me for 'being cheap' and not purchasing toner from him. He claimed he spends $4000 several times a day so I had no right to complain about a $4000 purchase from two years ago. Every other word he uttered was a cuss word. Buyer beware. Copier1 won't stand behind their products, but rather the legal fine print. Dan Fi***** is a cool dude when he's selling you a copier, but as soon as you have any complaints, he will berate you and tell you off.

We understand that it can be frustrating to learn that your copier is out of warranty and has been damaged by unauthorized repairs. We take all customer complaints seriously and would like to help resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

      We regret to inform you that due to the unauthorized repairs, the damage to the copier voids the warranty and we are unable to offer any further service or support. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause, but the safety and integrity of our products is of the utmost importance to us.

      We requested a new control panel for our copy machine (that was purchased in 2019 from Copier 1) and were instructed by Copier 1 to send in our current (non functioning) control panel. We were told that it would be refurbished and sent back to us. We sent the company a payment of $477.65 in order to submit this order. We sent the payment on October 27, 2021. A part was sent to us but but it was the WRONG part and valued at $55. We immediately followed up to request the status on the part we paid for. The person who we had placed the original order with was no longer with the company, and we were directed to Dan F., president of the company. Mr. F. was professional at first to tell us that they were shipping the correct part (on November 17th, 2021). After that there has been no communication at all from him after repeated phone calls and emails requesting a status on the issue. We would like a resolution and a response from Copier 1, LLC about our Copier control panel and circuit board that were sent to: 32085 Beaver Run Dr., Salisbury, MD 21804 (ATTN: Joe).
