Anastasia at Perdue promised to send $14.99 X 4 plus tax is $61.16. Now she refused to send compensation for a foreign object that was found in their chicken. See attached documentation of such.Initial Complaint

Purdue makes full Moon pet treat bought full moon pet treat ****. Dogs can't eat or chew them. Wanted guaranteed refund. Phone customer service number waiting on hold one hour yesterday waited on hold another half hour today took screenshots to show wait time period this company .guarantees their product and ****** Doesn't do refund , dog treat returns , Please help me get my purchase price return to me. Using the company's provided means, I have written 4 emails and multiple texts to Perdue over the past month. My first 3 emails detailed my concern of product quality, i.e. specifically, over the past 2 or so years, much of my purchased Perdue boneless chicken has been difficult to eat and at times inedible. There is a toughness which I believe is due to what I have learned is "white striping". I expressed disappointment and requested information. I did so because I have been a devoted consumer of the Perdue products, choosing Perdue time and again over other choices. Yet these days I look for other, better, products. In short, I am disappointed and wanted the company to know. I cannot believe I am alone. I have received absolutely no response to my expressed concerns. In my 4th email, I asked to be removed from the company's email distribution list; I have not been removed. I have received responses telling me that I have been offered refunds (I have not been offered refunds, nor have I ever asked for such) and that I have been removed from their distribution list as I asked (I have not been removed but, again, my issues were never addressed). The website touts the interest of the Perdue management in knowing customer issues. This is not at all my experience.Initial Complaint

Purchased three packs of Perdue diced chicken breasts with lot code 2186. Immediately froze all three packages but upon thawing just yesterday all three packs are rancid. Chicken is too expensive these days. I think I spent $7 per pack on these. I've been on hold for an hour and 40 minutes waiting to talk to a human but it seems no one is at the call center today.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 20, 2021/12/23) */ We tried calling her number on Dec 7th and found it to be a non-working number so we sent an email asking her to call us at her earliest convenience. We have no record or indication of an issue or complaint prior to BBB's notification.
