Business ProfileforLogo Zeal

I began my business transactions with Logo Zeal back in late summer of 2023. I first purchased a package for them to design a logo for my business. In September of 2023 I purchased a package for them to design and create a website for the same business. I have a contract stating the terms of the agreement of what they were to fulfill. The contract states I purchase their services in the amount of $3,499 for them to develop and maintain my website. The representative I was working with was named George *****, he was the project manager. I was recently contacted by another company called ********, Who stated they had purchased logo zeal and was now over my accounts. I found this extremely suspicious as I had not received any documentation of this transfer. Upon further inquiry and speaking to the legal team member Jayson ****** from Logo Zeal, He shared in a phone call that George ***** had left logo zeal and took a number of clients information with him and is currently trying to spam and fraudulently acquire these former clients of logo zeal. Mr ****** shares no obligation to his former employees actions but stated he would correct the website flaws within my business system. Understandably I was extremely frustrated as my business website is currently not live or operational. I was informed by phone and in an email correspondence by Mr ****** they would get my website up and functional as promised in the contractual agreement. They then shared that I needed an SSL certificate for my website requesting the funds in the amount of $3,000. I am informed Mr ****** I will not be purchasing any further merchandise from them that I wanted my website released to me with the word press username and password and I would be utilizing a different server for my business. Mr ****** refuses to release the merchandise that I purchase along with all of my media and documents without trying to extort this $3,000 from me, he will no longer respond to calls or emails.
