    On November 28, 2022, I had my windshield replaced at the establishment. The total cost WAS $309.00 (Invoice #********). I paid for the work and left. I returned a couple of hours later only after seeing some of the paint was damaged on the roof of my car. I had not been told there was any damage when I picked up my keys and paid the cashier. I clarified this to the attendant, who came out to my car to see the extent of the damage. We walked back into the lobby, and I was about to wait on the resolution. However, when we returned, another employee, who I assume to be the branch manager, stood behind the counter and began shouting that the vehicle had paint damage before they began working on it, and that's a Kia problem since they do glass at the business. I clarified that I was not here for any confrontation and that what he said was not valid and asked why was I had not informed of this prior. The employee repeated this statement a few times and refused to acknowledge the damage done to the car during the windshield replacement. His tone was violent and condensing, and he eventually left the room. None of the other employees intervened, which was very telling of the work environment. I asked the attendant helping me earlier to get the information for the branch owner. He was hesitant but was urged by another employee to give me the information. I emailed the owner on November 30, 2022, but always received an error message on each attempt. I made another attempt on December 2, 2022, and it went through without an error message. I have not heard from the business. I received a preliminary cost of the repairs and attached it here for resolution.
