Our driveway was seal-coated and supposed to have been repaired on 5/19. The repairs were not completed and the crew chief said he would return to finish the job. After a few no-shows from the crew chief, he stopped responding to my messages. I called the main office and they also promised he would be out but it was another no-show. I paid $3,500 for this work and it was not finished.Business response

Hello, We do understand the importance of staying in contact with our customers. And normally we do a very good job taking care of any type of situations that our clients may not be satisfied with. In which this does occur from time to time. During this time that this particular homeowner was requesting us to come back to touch up something on her driveway the salesman & main point of contact was sick with the flu and for a few weeks this situation was accidentally overlooked. To be honest i myself (Aaron J***** / Owner) was unaware of this until i recieved the complaint. So right away (the next day after i discovered there was a problem) i sent out our team to resolve the issues that the homeowner was concerned about. After we addressed her initial concern, she was still unsatisfied with something so we came again and performed more work there to the driveway. Since then the homeowner has agreed that she is now satisfied with all workmanship and the repairs and driveway is completely finished. She also agreed to remove the complaint on google. She did not do that but however only modified it to a 2 star rating and only added that the work was completed after she made the complain / bad review. I do apologize for any delay and inconvenience but as the owner i was unaware of this situation and i also addressed this with the salesman to make sure nothing like this will ever happen again. It would be greatly appreciated if the homeowner could please remove any complaints or grievances off of all platforms (****** & BBB) due to illness of the salesman in which this was accidentally overlooked and was not done intentionally at all.
