Mega Kitchen and Bath finished my kitchen remodeling, and it looks great. Leo, the tile installer, was wonderful to work with him. Ibrahim designed our kitchen beautifully. Awesome experience.Review from Zack M

My husband and I purchased a new kitchen and two bathrooms from Mega Kitchen and Bath and the whole process was such a wonderful experience. Our designer Laissa is an expert in the industry and a pleasure to work with. The cabinet installers were professional and extremely neat throughout the process. I absolutely love the Mega showroom. It has almost everything you need for doing a complete kitchen makeover. I was able to pick out my cabinets, hardware, sinks and faucets in all in one place. What really gave me reason to give them five stars is Mega stands behind their product. I had a minor problem with the finish on a couple of the cabinets and Mega kitchen and bath took care of it without hesitation. We love our kitchen! Thank you Laissa and your team.Review from Ne B

Vincent and his team were outstanding. They started my renovation on time as scheduled and finished on time as expected. They kept my condo clean and were easy to work with. I hired him to do a complete bathroom renovation, and it was a success! Vicent is exceedingly knowledgeable and provided terrific ideas and pointers. I strongly recommend it!Review from Samantha C

On the surface everything looks good, but the reality is they do NOT used Licensed professionals to do their work. They are a dishonest company. We did our kitchen and laundry room and had major plumbing issues after they left. They also mismeasured our fridge, which results in our fridge hitting the wall every time we open. The function aspect in our kitchen and laundry room is so poor. They do not educate you on your decisions, which is a major red flag as you hire a company to help you with your vision and advise you with what is logigistical. They expected us to be experts when something went wrong and blamed us for mistakes that were clearly theirs. The contract manager came 3x the whole project and clearly does not oversee his workers. We had to get WSSC involved which helped us resolve the issue after they refused to acknowledge their error for over a month. We found out they used an unlicensed plumber. Their workers also peed in our backyard, which we would have gladly let them use our restroom. To get them to fix their mistake was a nightmare. Negotiations were a nightmare. At the end we got a little money back to make the situation a little better. They did not pay for the sink they damaged which resulted in us loosing $800. We lost all trust and respect for the company. I can NEVER recommend this company as they are truly dishonest and just seeking ways to make you pay more.Mega Kitchen and Bath, LLC Response

Hi, Samantha We always try our best to provide the best service from start to finish to all our customers. Unfortunately, your job was an exception and we’re sorry for that. As we tried to explain multiple times through emails to you and Alex, the issue you had was NOT related to the work Mega did at your kitchen and laundry room. Per emails and text messages exchanged between you, Alex, and our staff (that we still have the record of, in case anyone is wondering), we finished the job back in October 2021, and you texted “we’re very happy with our kitchen and floors” back in October. Then, in January of this year, we were contacted by your friend for a bathroom renovation. Nobody would refer a remodeling company if they weren’t satisfied with their work, right? Only in March (5 months after the completed the job) you contacted us again saying you had a leak, and we promptly responded saying we would be happy to go to you house on the same week to check the issue. As we tried to explain, the house was built in 1939, according to Redfin. Therefore, you have old pipes and it’s impossible to tell if they have ever been cleaned up. Clogged pipes happen, specially in older houses because the pipes used to be thinner than they are today. But according to our master plumber, the leakage issue was not because of the -customer provided vanity- not utility sink as recommended many times- that you wanted us to install. At the time, you also provided the washer and dryer, but never the model numbers so we could check the specifications. Then, in March we received an invoice from a plumber you hired to clean up the entire main pipe of the house and a demand to stack the washer and dryer because that’s how they were supposed to be installed. As we emailed you, we would be happy to send our master plumber to your house to check everything, but we were not happy with the surprise bill (that was not related to the job we did) and the demand of stacking the appliances (because the would have to relocate the dedicated lines, relocate the plumbing, relocate the dryer’s vent, and patch new drywall/ paint), that was a lot more than reinstalling them side by side, which it was what you previously had. We can understand your frustration and we’re sorry that we were not able to come to an agreement that you were happy with, but writing lies about our company (like our workers urinating in your backyard when your huge not-friendly dog was outside when they were there) and distorting the facts, trying to hurt our reputation, when we even ended up paying almost the full amount for a third party plumber to clean up your pipes, just to try to resolve the situation, and writing reviews a couple of months after cashing out the check, it’s not right. For any of our customers and future customers looking for references, we can assure that this is NOT how Mega operates and treats customers. We would be happy to provide screenshots of emails and text messages about this case to prove our side, and more importantly, referrals of jobs we finished in past few years. Please, feel free to ask one of our representatives. Hopefully, this incident won’t be an issue in the future and we’re looking forward to doing business with you!
