      This company went into my new bank account and charged me and won't refund me! I have cancelled, sent several emails and no respond! When you get the year subscription for example if you get it in May 2023, you expect that in May 2024 they would renew it! But nooooo, their accounting department does not recharge until 3-6 months later! I am going to blast them all over social media and tell everyone how HORRIBLE THEY ARE! I DON'T HAVE AN EXTRA $59.99 TO GIVE OUT TO A CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION! PLUS THEY WENT UP AND DID NOT INFORM THE CUSTOMER THEY HAD AN INCREASE, LIKE THE OTHER STREAM SERVICES. ALLBLK SHOULD BE ASHAME, YOU ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY, DON'T YOU REALIZE THAT THERE ARE MANY STREAMS CHOICES AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I DON'T NEVER EVER EVER SUBSCRIBE TO YOU, I WILL BE PUTTING A BANK CLAIM OUT ON YOU ASAP! YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR!!!!

      Acorn TV is a terrible company. Canceled within a few days of signing up. They refused to issue any refund. It doesn't work on my TV is it totally worthless to me. I tried to cancel with me CC but somehow they overrode that. They have a no refunds policy.

      I signed up for the Free Trial with ACORN tv through Amazon Prime sight. I realized that this streaming service was like many others. This service carried the Midsummer Murders seasons 23 and 24. Once I paid for the year membership knowing that I could cancel at any time, I realized there were only 8 episodes. This made no sense. So I canceled within the first couple of days of the Free Trial. The Free Trial period ended, and I continued to have declined **** transactions show up on my default card with Amazon/ACORN tv. I notified my bank to block the ACORN membership fee that I canceled on 5/11/24. On 5/13/24 I had a full charge from ACORN of the annual membership fee that was CANCELLED during the Free Trial period. I entered the **** room with ACORN support following numerous failed attempts to stop the membership fee from being charged to my ****. The bank agent said he put a block on my card for ACORN, but that was a fail too. The agent in the Customer Support room continued to give me a discount to keep ACORN. NO ONE with ACORN Customer Support listens. I returned to my ACORN account and found the acknowledged 'CANCELLATION, sorry to see you go' from ACORN Support. So why was I charged the annual membership fee on 5/13/24 after I have concrete evidence that supports my initial cancellation and the account documented cancellation for ACORN? I filed a formal complaint with the BBB last night. I want my money back! And take heed, AVOID the FREE TRIAL temptations with Amazon and or online tv services. ****** learned on my end. I'm still waiting for my refund of $84.79 from ACORN tv's Customer Support.

      I signed up for AllBlk to watch Love During Lockup and they don't update the shows. I'm 5 shows behind with episode 12 being the last available. I just wasted my money.

      I purchased the subscription service with hope of enjoyment. I use it as a trial and kept it for 1 month after because I saw a show on this service with a few people that I follow on Instagram. When I went to cancel the service it was very cumbersome. After multiple attempts, they stopped charging me. I thought everything was OK until they started charging me again this year, I have gone on to have them blocked as well as getting a confirmation of cancellation from ALLBLK. They don’t have any programs I’m interested in any longer and they continue to harass me via email about payment. I don’t recommend getting this service because they won’t let you go. That’s an abusive relationship.

      I signed up for this company on Amazon because I planned to vacation for several months. I cancelled back in January and it I have been charged $4.99-$5.99 a month even though I cancelled the service. When I try to log on directly from heir website I cannot sign in because I get an error message every time. This company is a scam. I tried to support a black owned business and I get scammed in return. Bad business! I want a refund immediately!

Normal refunds take upto 10 days to process depending on your bank. ? We took a look at your account details and can confirm that it was still fully active. We were also unable to find a record of your intent to cancel. How did you cancel? If there's an issue with our cancellation process, we would like to further investigate.
