            This management company is supposed to take care of our business building. They ignore all the issues and try to put it on the owners. We have flossing 2 years ago as well as last week. The plumbing in building *********************, Gaithersburg MD is not working. After the heavy rain the whole hallway was flooded with water which flooded our offices. We had to hire a company to vacuum the water out, clean/disinfect the carpets and dry the area. When we saw the office was flooded on Thursday June 9th, we called and emailed the Vista management Co and they said they will send a plumber. That plumber never arrived. They ignore the emails and pictures and they do not call us back or respond to our problem!!

            This company is a fraud and have stolen over $150,000 of Insurance Money. My condo caught on fire back in 2022. Vista Management, Scott W*******, David and our Board member Darryl D***** kept telling me that they did not receive the insurance money. I reached out to the insurance company, the condo owners pay through our condo fees, and they told me that they had sent the money to Vista Management back in 2022 and I should have received the money then. Once Vista Management found out that I knew that they had received the money from the insurance company, they stopped responding to my calls and emails. It's now 2024 and I am still out of a home and no money to build my place back up.
