I took these instructions to 8 different bankers over 3 different auctions here and none of them were able to fit the data into the required fields as instructed for wire transfer OR cashiers check. Please fix this issue! THEY RETURN THE DEPOSIT IF DROPPED DIRECTLY INTO THE ACCOUTN AS A BANK MANAGER SUGGESTS TAKING THE FEES AND CHARGING INTEREST FOR ANYTHING BESIDES A PAPER CHECK WHICH CAN TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS. THIS IS A MONEY MAKING SCHEME. MAKE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS WORK WITH YOUR SYSTEM.I am also reporting to the BBB as you service agent was very resistant to doing anything about his problem, and indicated that it is a "well known" problem. I have already called and emailed regarding the problem and was not able to reach anyone or received no response or a lazy answer much like the woman I spoke with today provided. Again, your customer service rep indicated that you were already aware of the prooblem and the you would only fix "if you wanted" which indicates negligence. I am doing my due diligence. PLEASE FIX! THANK YOU!

      Hello,

As I stated directly to ******* ******** in email, I went ahead and pulled the call made to our call center and ****** ****** stated that ***** ****** bank deposited cash into our escrow and was rejected. Which it states multiple times not to do at the bottom of the deposit instructions page, as well as stating the same verbiage various places on our website. ****** ****** also stated that numerous banks couldn't help with inputting information into their screens. The representative confirmed she can abbreviate the account name to fit on the wire. Also, the most important part of the deposit would be the Deposit ID#, name and User ID# so we can identify and clear the deposit in a timely manner. I did not hear our representative state "we were aware of a problem" or it's a "well known problem".  Our representative did explain to ************************* that it is something we hear users state after giving her a solution to that issue. After our representative explained the work around, she also informed ************************* that you could send an email with your comments/suggestions and we would forward to that department for review.

This problem that you brought to our attention with the character count the banks have in their wiring forms is out of our control.  Even with that said I apologized for the inconvenience, and asked ************************* to email us directly and we will try our best to rectify issues.

      Thank you for your time,

On April 21-26 I participated in an auction with Bid4assets for which I have paid a deposit of $2535 in advance. The agreement was that if I do not win any items at the auction, they will refund $2500 within 10 days. Bid4assests has failed to return my deposit money in a timely fashion. Not only they are using my money for the full extent of the time, but they are not returning it even after 10 business days. I have called the help desk, and they make it sound that it is my problem, and they have nothing to do with it. I just want my deposit back via email or regular mail. This company *****, they try to make you forget about the deposit, now I have to wait at their mercy and they will reissue a new check.

I purchased a property through Bid4assets.com on 2/9/2022 which ended at 10:30pm. Their website says that you have 48 hours to pay for the property that was bid on. I paid for the property on 2/11/2022 around 4pm , within the 48 hours to have the property paid for. I have received the paperwork for the deed of the property. My problem is that I was charged a $250 fee for a non performing bidder, which means I never paid for the property. I have tried to call them several times and left messages regarding this credit of this fee but I have not been contacted. I also emailed them on 2/28/22 and still have received no response for the credit.

      Thank you for contacting Bid4Assets.

We do apologize for the situation and will work with you and the seller to the best of our capabilities to get this misunderstanding resolved in a timely manner.  We have reached out to the seller to see exactly what went wrong in this transaction so it wont happen in the future.  Just an FYI Bid4Assets is only the bidding host for all assets listed, including Private/county tax/Sheriff sales. To check the status of a payment made with a seller, you will need to contact the seller directly for status and processing information.

In July of 2021, my account was suspended. After finding out some details, a relative had bid on an item and didn't follow through with the transaction. This Prompted Bid4Assets to ban any and all people of relation to this person for life, even when they had nothing to do with the transaction. Bid4Assets is auctioning property for county property tax foreclosures. This means that all excess proceeds from the sale will go to the beneficiary which typically in a tax sale is the previous owner of a property. Bid4Assets is screwing the people that have lost their homes to tax foreclosure by not allowing property's to be bid up to the highest potential. At the same time taking away opportunity's from people like me that would like to bid on these. If you are a local government looking for a place to List your Tax Foreclosures or just someone listing your property for auction, I can assure you there are much better places to list it.

      *** ******,

Bid4Assets is an auction platform that allows a single account per person, household or business. When buyers fail to honor their bids, their account is suspended in accordance with the terms of service. Users have the opportunity for reinstatement after the temporary suspension and, of course, Bid4assets does not “ban any and all people of relation” to the offending party.

The ****** ***** failed to honor its bids in public auctions or pay for properties on time in multiple tax sales. In response to what would have been a temporary suspension, its members began creating new accounts as, in your words to customer service, a “work around.” Along with your own suspension, we’ve been informed in writing from your colleague that it is the intention of the ****** ***** to “be bidding on every Washington State Auction. Good luck on figuring out which friends I will use.”

You are well aware of this as you created four different accounts in the effort to defraud Bid4Assets and various government entities resulting in suspended accounts in October 2020, May 2021, June 2021, and lastly July 2021.

Bid4Assets takes the suspension of an account very seriously, particularly when it pertains to carrying out services related to our government contracts. When users not only routinely violate both Bid4Assets and the county’s terms of service and fail to pay for what they win, but further indicate their intention to continue doing so, a permanent suspension is warranted.

I’ve also attached *** (CEO) email to us indicating that he’s just going to keep creating accounts.

      Regards,
      Bid4Assets Client Services

      *** ******,

Your Bid4Assets account, for which you provided all information and verified the account, is registered to the business ****** ***** ***, with a business email address. Further, you actually chose the username ******, an obvious indication of your awareness of being suspended for being a non-performing buyer (NPB). Government agencies contract Bid4Assets to conduct these public auctions and also to keep bidders who do not follow the rules out of the auctions. We will not be reinstating your account at this time.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: When I went to log in to bid on a property and it would not let me log into my account is when I created another username(at that time I completely unaware why my account was not working). I would be more than happy to put down a Large non-refundable deposit to prove I'm not going to Bid and not pay up in order to have my account reinstated.

I attempted to purchase a set of 1959 silver coins that was appraised at $32,000 by the dealer-seller. I immediately purchased the Buy Now item. A few days later, I read the "*** Book" for coin collectors. I learned, the dealer lied about the appraise value. The coins value was right at the value I paid. I felt the coin dealer was dishonest. I visited a few online dealers and the coins were nowhere near the appraised value. The dealer committed fraud when he over-exaggerate the value of the set of coins. I demand my money back and I received most of the money, but the dealer charged me $100 for unreasonable cost after he lied. I felt I was misled. I want a refund of $100 because the dealer was untruthful. He misled me in thinking I was receiving high quality product which the owner needed to dispose for financial reasons. The dealer needs to follow the "Red Book" prices and stop over-extending himself. It is embarrassing.
