It appears that they are a scam. I decided to cancel my subscription but they still charged my credit card $165.45. I contacted them multiple times and they are not addressing my concern about getting my money (which should not have been charged) and confirming my cancellation of the subscription.Business response

Hello,
We are responding to a complaint that we did not address our client's concerns about a refund. This is different from what we communicated via email. Per our policies, users should submit cancelation forms at least three business days before their next billing cycle. Our users accept these Terms & Conditions when they sign up with the service. Initially, our client was charged for the next billing cycle, and we politely asked if she would continue for the month she was billed. The client got upset, and we eventually refunded in the next couple of days after consideration. Proof of refund and customer communication is attached to this response.
We can provide proof of service with redacted information due to privacy policies.
