      In this companies refund policy they state that customers aren't eligible for refunds if they have already begun to use their alloted items for the month. I had not used any items or their product this month and they refused a refund. I had requested this refund same day that I was charged for this service this joke of a company states they can only offer me a credit for a service I never even used.

      This client was declined a refund due to failing to cancel their Vendoo subscription on time. This client contacted our Customer Support team after they were charged and stated a portion of Vendoo's refund policy out of context when filing the complaint. 

      The client is correct in that they did not create any items (item creation demonstrates active use of the product) during the period in which they were charged. However, as mentioned in the first clause of the refund policy, user's are only eligible for refund if there has been an issue with the software. This client did not report experiencing any issues with the software and simply "forgot" to cancel their subscription. 

      Vendoo's refund policy and Terms and Conditions page are both attached to this report. Below are the links as well to both documents which can also be found publicly our main website Vendoo.co and on the checkout page where user's purchase a monthly subscription.

      Lastly, this user was contacted by our Customer Support team leader and explained the entire reasoning as to why they are not eligible for a refund. The last message sent to the client is attached to this report as well.

      My issue is that this company charges for services which it then fails to deliver. It boxes you into a one-sided agreement forcing subscription renewals without giving the option to pay for a month-to-month or cancel the renewal without voiding the entire subscription immediately. Where this company breaks the law is that they do not send you a renewal notice. There is no reminder that your subscription is about to be renewed, no reminder to use the open items you are paying for. No, this company silently and against the law auto-renews a subscription each month! Anything unused disappears, you pay for nothing at all. I want to be refunded for items not used and receive a reminder a few days prior to renewal to alert me of the impending renewal as well as the fact that I need to use any items or they will be forfeited.
