i feel the bookkeeper Tom overbooks appointments and cares less what people have going on in their lives. When we first went there our doggie was groomed in 2 hours which that's what it should be that's why we make appointments. i dropped her off at 830 because Tom appointment setter told me to bring her at that time even later we find out her appt was for 9am. so after 5 hrs. she still not ready i called she will be ready at 230..i arrive and i ask if he's overbooking ..he jumps up from his desk with the appointment book and says "let me show you how the fuck it works" i said excuse me why are speaking to me like that i look and my doggie is still on the table after 5 hrs! i said give me my doggie he went to reach for her all mad i said no let Pat bring her to me don't you touch her,so Pat brought her to me he was trying to reach for her but Pat shielded her from him...he kicked me out and in the process to go to open the door he pushes his wife out of the way,REALLY! after this lady is the one who the business is named after and she does all the hard work he pushes her. This guy overbooks appt and his wife is constantly working he causes time issues how can a Yorkie take 5 hrs and wasn't even done i paid $95 and now have to pay to get her redone..i don't care about that but this idiot has the nerve to overbook and the use excuses like dogs with priorities which i understand then why appt. then? this guy was violent and had no respect for treating his latino customers
