5-24-2018 paid $5,300 for roof replacement /chimney repair for roof leak repair and closet ceiling drywall repair to Roger’s roofing. text message dated 5-16-2018 when contacted Roger’s roofing) Although,my roof was 15 yrs old since last replacement,I agreed with Roger’s recommendation to have the whole roof replaced to fix the leaking issue. I called Roger on 2-4-2022 because It was leaking, during a rainstorm, at the same area( the closet). He said he’ll come the following week when it’s not raining. I’m still under warranty He came on 2-9 took some pictures, stated the roof is fine and stated he needs another $800 to repair the leak where his picture indicated, sunlight shone through the chimney. He came 3-21 to fix the drywall for another $300 and sealing the chimney for another $800. He agreed on $600 for the repair and wait on the ceiling drywall,which shows mold and bulging paint. BTW, The dripping was coming from the same area where he fixed the drywall previously. 3-24 contacted hime because loud dripping,maybe leaking again after his repair,asked him to come but he didn’t, stating just raindrops. 5-1contacted Roger’s because it was dripping onto clothes. Again, 5-2 Now, He preferred to come when it’s raining to check the “drip”( previously, he didn’t want to come when it was raining!) 5-4, middle of the night it was dripping hard and we took pictures and sent it to him.he didn’t come until 5-5 “ I didn’t feel anything wet” “Called me when it’s raining again” “I’ll pay for another roofer for the repair”he was very reassuring about reimbursement for another roofer 6-2took video while it was dripping in the closet and sent it to him.said he’ll be there in 40 minutes but changed his mind and didn’t come,yelling at me about getting another roofer. I had another roofer repaired the leakage per his request,sent pictures(with proofs leaking has been ongoing Roger only refunded $600 not the $3,300 for the repair by another roofer
