      I had used Amezam in 2020, and was completely dissatisfied with their shipping service but I thought it was an isolated incidence. On November 3rd I informed ****** of Amezam that a wig was being delivered to their warehouse, on the 7th I informed him that it required a signature and he said there is usually someone at the office. 9th I asked if package was received as per the delivery confirmation I received in my inbox he said he will check when he gets to the warehouse which would be the 11th 2 days after it had been delivered. I expressed anxiety about not being able to confirm sooner because the item was expensive his response was "oh well ". The items were supposed to be sent on the 15th and he only sent a message on the 18th saying the items were only being sent out on the 22nd and would take about 10 days to arrive. When the package eventually arrived he didn't bother even calling the recipient until prompted by me on the 5th. On the 28th unfortunately I had ordered items at the same time and a jacket from ****** arrived at their warehouse and it was " lost" and only located on the 3rd of Dec a family friend had asked me to buy her 3 ****** as presents and send them via Amezam at the same time I had been asking ****** to confirm receipt of phones from the 5th Dec and the shipment was supposed to leave on the 15th which became the 20th and this morning it came to a head when he called to ask where the phones were. I was angry as was expected and informed him that he was incompetent and unprofessional especially seeing as he had been bad mouthing me to the lady I was sending the phones for because she had to call him and find out what was going on as he was ignoring my calls because I am "impatient " btw, this whole time he had told the other lady he had the phones in his possession so when I pointed all this out he called me a hateful person and blocked my number so I have no means of knowing if my jacket will even be delivered

      This shipment  has since been delivered to the recipient in perfect condition.  Delay in delivery was partly due to delayed payment by client. As soon as we received the payment, we made the delivery.

      I am rejecting this response because :
      IIt100% untrue, and clear evidence of the the lack of transparency in this business. I have proof of disputing the charge which they reduced because the packaging instructions that we had agreed on prior to it being shipped were not followed, and the item ended up costing way more than it would have had it been repackaged as they had agreed to. I'm happy to forward all the messages pertaining to that!
