On 10/23/2020 I booked a 90 min massage online for the following morning at 10AM. It should be noted that I hold a cosmetology licence in WDC. My massage therapist was a *************************, who's name I cannot recall. There is no possible way this person is a licenced therapist, he had no knowledge of muscle groups or massage. The massage was awkward and painful, and distressing in it's lack of professionalism. The massage ended early, which I was glad for and I paid and left, wanting to leave as quickly as possible. I did ask the "therapist" for a business card, and he gave me a general card with no name. The office called me 20 minutes later to correct the overcharge and refunded me that balance. The total charge was $178.25. I reached out to the office later that day by email to describe my experience and request a full refund and never heard back from anyone. I can forward my receipt on request from email. Even if I receive no compensation, I do not wish for any other person to go through experience. I would just like them investigated for their practices. Thank you.
