I have filed multiple reports about this. Webs took my money for 5 years without my consent. I had cancelled my account and they kept taking yearly fees. I have been told numerous times by numerous representatives that my refund check had been/would be sent. I have received nothing. They stole my money and I want it back immediately. Please assist me in getting them to actually follow through I included screenshots of just 1 if the many emails in which webs claims they sent my checkInitial Complaint

I previously filed a complaint against webs.com because they charged me for 5 years when my account was supposed to be cancelled. They finally contacted me and said they were going to refund the money (screenshot attached of email) That was 3 weeks ago. I have repeatedly contacted them asking why I have not received Mt chevk and have not gotten a response. This has been an unreal experience. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

Our Organization has been with this company since 05/12/2011. At the moment we are premium members. On Mon, Aug 31, 2020 at 10:24 PM we received an email from WebsOn Wed, Mar 24 2022 at 2:06pm we received another email Webs Both email were explaining the below message:"If you are paying for a website:We will be moving your website to?the?Vistaprint?website builder. We originally hoped to move all websites before March 31, 2021, but we now expect to be done this summer. Your Webs site will remain active and accessible until its ultimately moved to Vistaprint, even if that doesnt happen until after June 30, 2021. Dont worry??we will take care of everything for you!?We will ensure?that your website design, domain, email, and all other data associated with your subscription will be?available on?the Vistaprint platform. Additionally,?your renewal term and price will be the same, and the upgrade itself will not cost any extra.?Please look out for a follow-up email?within the next few months?regarding?next steps in this process.?As we prepare your Vistaprint account for the upgrade, you may receive some automated emails. For more information about the upgrade process including specific features that may not be supported please review these FAQs."It is March 2022 and we are still not merge. No other communication from the company and now the email component we pay for is not working. I have had numerous calls and chats with customer service and all what they say is just going to take longer. I have also talked to a manager, *****, on 1/20/22 which informed me the company was now going to merge to ***. Customers had no idea this is going on while our pay products are affected. Webs.com was my host for my web site many many years. They sold to Vistapring and left thousands unable to log into their accounts to manage their accounts. I am on. No number to call. Took the money for domain and no receipt because we cant get To our dashboard or account or web site. Wont answer emails. NOTHING. Pretty sure what they are doing is not legal!
