we bought a sofa and loveseat from the store and within a month the fabric ripped in the back where you would rest your back,they did send a new cover to repair it but when we try to contact them the store tells us the manufacture was contacted, they don't return our call to make the repair the armrest are coming loose on the right sideBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/01) */ We spoke with the customer several times...each time letting her know we had sent multiple correspondence via email and phone messages to the manufacturer - as they work directly with the service company. We received word Monday 2/28/22 that the service company successfully reached the customer and scheduled the service...and today we received your letter. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) sofa still is not fixed vendor sent a cover that was for the love seat not the sofa the furniture store came by took pictures and tag information off of the sofa and told the repair company the love seat the repair company are scheduled to come out 3/17/22 and were told by the furniture dealer it was the love seat after looking and taking pictures of the sofa the repair co. is saying we have to contact the manufacturer the manufacturer are telling us to contact the dealer Deborah john with warranty issues still sofa is not fixed Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2022/03/15) */ Repair still currently scheduled for date given to customer. I have left several unanswered messages for the customer. Tracking for part: Your shipment 1ZXXXXXXPXXXXXXXXX Estimated delivery Tomorrow, March 16 by 7:00 P.M. After being told with several nasty e-mails and phone calls I was told the repairs would me made today 3/17/22 from X:XX - X:XX Pm no one showed or called even after I reached out to the repair company I'm tired of dealing with the lies from Deborah johns Furniture I want my money back and they can come pick up their furniture I had it with them I want my money back Business Response /* (4000, 20, 2022/03/31) */ Service was set for 3/17/22. We received documentation that the customer rescheduled on the day of service due to a conflict in time with picking up his daughter. Service date was rescheduled to 3/24/22. Customer called us (Mrs.) on 3/28/22 for follow up and informed us the tech said we should be expecting a report. We are waiting on the report being provided to us by the manufacturer and will proceed accordingly. Consumer Response /* (4200, 22, 2022/04/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) one of the disrespectable sales persons called and offered to refund our our money which would take about 2 weeks to get the refund and they want to pick up the sofa set this Monday 4/4/22 no giving time to go somewhere to purchase a new set I have small children at home what am I supposed to let them sit on the floor?i need at least a week to buy new furniture It's not my fault the furniture was damaged Thanks Consumer Response /* (2000, 35, 2022/05/31) */ ****** ****** was refunded in full on 4/4/22. He paid via Synchrony Financial and was therefore refunded in full in the same manner.
