I ordered 10 sew on embroiderd patches on 4-47-2022 (order #********** for $63) and 2 more on 5-6-2022 (order #********** for $14)..Was supposed to be mailed by 5 days after they received the order. I still have not received. I have tried contacting by phone, text, and e-mail with no response back. I even set up an account at the beginning. The last time I was able to access it stated order was pending (several weeks ago). Now I am told it can not be accessed as it was redirected to many times ( not sure what that means). I ordered from Sassy Sewing and Embroidery at the address you have for Cherished Embroidery.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase through the website www.sassysewingandembroidery.com and never received the product I paid for. I received a confirmation email of the purchase saying to allow 5-7 days before shipping, and when this time frame had long past with no confirmation of actual shipping I tried to contact the seller. I tried the various phone numbers listed in the email and on the website, along with trying to contact the seller through Facebook and email but I have had absolutely no responses. I would now like a full refund since I have not received the item I purchased. How can I receive a refund if the seller is completely unresponsive?Initial Complaint

This was shipped as a letter on April 4 as tracking was not purchased. I can reship order around May 13 as I already have my weekly schedule set I will work it in.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Tweak Bunny Octonaut patch on 11/6/2021. I paid $5.40 and never received the patch. I emailed Sassy Sewing and Embroidery twice asking for either the patch or a refund and did not hear back. My order number is **********.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/01/31) */ Order was shipped on dec 21 2021. Tracking was not purchased and as it clearly states on the order page it was shipped as a letter Consumer Response /* (2000, 13, 2022/02/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I finally received the product I purchased after several months thanks to the help of BBB. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company, the owner never responded to my emails and it's frustrating to have to involve a third party to get an order resolved.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on october the 19 and another on october 21 for an amount of $25.42 and $5.17z this woman has not responded to emails or messages promptly and when i commented on her facebook page she deleted comments and then messaged she would ship. A week and a half later i ask where the shipment is and she says she doesnt know if she shipped aince she has so many orders. I ask her to refund my money and she didnt reply to that only said she has too many orders and will check and let me know. She didnt so i left another comment and she then continued to sent me horrible messages on facebook saying dont **** with my business i dont care if you file complaints on bbb i have run my business over 20 years, i sent your ****. You ahould have paid for tracking. This woman is unprofessional and all i want now is my refund and never to do business with her again or have her contact me. Ever. Pi dont suggest buying from this website i have never had a business owner talk to me that way after all i have asked is where the itrms i purchased are after a whole month.
