I have been waiting over 2wks to have my washer repaired today my son was told they didn't have the right part, the washer needs to be replaced and they are putting it on the the rental office to schedule it, when in fact they can not repair the unit so it should be replaced this week, however I was told I would not receive a replacement until 7/5/23 but I have been with out a working washer since 4/26/23Initial Complaint

I found an ad on ********** for the stackable washer/dryer combo (pictured) and had this unit delivered for a total of $538.70. I texted them back in June because the unit was not really working right and I basically was ignored. Now the washer's wiring harness has caught fire due to the refurbish job that was done to the washer/dryer combo and the repair price for this is very high. If you take a look at the picture you can see how the wiring harness was cut prior to us purchasing the unit which ultimately caused the unit to fail. I have had no traction on getting this unit replaced and I am seeking assistance from someone to help take care of this issue as I am not currently in town to speak face to face with this repair shop's management to settle this issue. It seems to me that if i was able to reach this business that same day I texted them I would have been able to get this replaced via warranty since it was within 90 days, and now I feel a bit ripped off.
