      I purchase a 2015 Gmc sierra 1500 Denali pickup on 09/22/2023 and on 09/23/2023 the check engine light, Suspension light came on as well as the exhaust coming off I went and got a diagnostic on the vehicle and the trouble Codes read po175 and po172 fuel trimmen System rich Bank 2 and secondary DTCs fuel trimmen System rich Bank 1 also the bottom of the vehicle is rusted out like it was submerge in water at that time I proceeded to the dealership ultimate auto 4740 st Barnabas rd tempel hills MD where I informed "FRANK" what was wrong with the vehicle he told me to drop it off on Sunday 09/24/2023 and it will get fixed right away however on 09/25/2023 with high hope that the vehicle was fixed, but on 09/26/2023 on may way to the inspection station all the Codes came back on and the rust was not removed from the bottom of the vehicle I returned the vehicle that day and asked for a refund or another vehicle, but they didn't acomadate me with anything...

      These people are liars and scammers . They false advertise their vehicles just to get you in their establishment. When you are a paying customer with cash that don’t want their finance get prepared to get treated poorly. I was asked if I had paystubs being as tho I just left a REAL dealership earlier so I had my paystubs in my email already but didn’t go thru with it because they were going to finance me but wanted me to put a large some down because I had a car loan already open waiting to get settled from being totaled. so I came to Ultimate Auto thinking just to pay all cash for one of their vehicles because their prices seemed to be good online . Red flag number 1 the vehicle was falsely advertised online ! Then This man that didn’t even mention his name basically called my paystubs fake ! Didn’t even process my application then going to state that they going to need bank statements when it was no problem getting my bank statements . Then he says to me the car is just going to get repoed . This man was very racist ! .These people need to be shut down . Half of the people who work there don’t even have a green card and isn’t authorized to work in the United States and your going to tell a US CITIZEN that their Credentials isn’t credible.I’m sure he’s paying some of his staff under the table. Please investigate them! These people are doing some illegal stuff here and treating customers poorly . I see why people who are ok with having a 23 percent APR support this place they are scammers looking to get over on people !

      I bought a vehicle (Deep Dive Blue 2015 Ford Mustang) from this dealership. A little Pricy after other costs was added but I was satisfied. I have to admit the buying process was good but when it came down to the fixing of minor issues with the vehicle it was absolutely terrible. Ultimate Auto sent me to a closer dealership which didn't do repairs. I had to get the address and phone # from the wrong dealership which was Per4mance Auto Services 7761 Waterloo rd in Jessup. Upon reaching out and going there the owner was very polite but in the end him and his mechanic gave me nothing but the run around, good lip service in the initial meet and greet but did absolutely nothing to resolve or even attempt to reach out to me. I wasn't asking alot of anything, like I said the issues was very minor but important to me. Its been 2 to 3 months now and I've resolved the Issues myself no thanks to Ultimate Auto or Per4mance Auto. And good thing I didn't listen to the salesperson at Ultimate Auto or owner at Per4mance Auto, they said the vehicle had a oil change. Did oil change myself and oil was so horrible and black the car was about to have major engine failure. Bad enough I loss a perfectly good vehicle (paid for) to a accident. But to add insult to injury had to avert a major catastrophe with Dealerships that tell you anything just to get you out of their face. Anyone wanting a Vehicle and good service, DON'T go to Ultimate Auto or Per4mance Auto. A man's word should mean something in business, at lease that's what the Bible teaches me. These people proved to me their word means nothing. If I could I would give both dealerships a (negative Star). There is no resolution, No Need to contact me cause like I said, I Had To Do Everything Myself!

      Please don't go to this DEALERSHIP. I got my 2013 C 200 in 2021. When I got the car it ran really good. Then I started to have problems within a month I had to get my car towed. I took it to a shop and my alternator and my belt was gone. I had to come out of pocket $550.00 I called Frank and told him what happen and asked him if he could get it fixed cause I haven't had the car that long and that I have been telling you that I have problems. Frank was very nasty and said no he will not fix it and that it was my problem. Then 2 months later my car broke down again and the same problem alternator Called Frank again he was so nasty that I just hung up. I had to come out of pocket again for the tow which was 250.00 and then to get it fixed $600.00. Now my car is broke down again. I am going to have to come out of pocket cause I already know that Frank don't care and he will not fix it. As long as you are spending your money and it sold Frank don't care. He is very nasty and all he cares about is money.

      Please be aware of this company. Do not buy here, please go to another dealership, one that values its customers, quality of its vehicles, and their safety. We bought a 2018 Sentra online for our daughter in college, and everything went relatively smoothly, the car looked great online. We went to pick up the car, however, and the back right side of car had two palm sizes dents, scratched, bumper nearly off (this was left out of the pictures and description). The manager Frank was very nice and apologetic, that we were not told about the damage, and offered to fix it. The car was fixed and again we came to pick it up (we live an hour away, so this is not a quick trip) after driving the car we notice the car stutters after stopping and when turning the corner. We took it to a mechanic and was told the alternator and transmission were getting ready to go out. We then spoke with the manager, and let them know what was going on, he said he took it to Nissan and it was fine. We then took the car to Nissan for a 2nd opinion and we were told the same thing transmission and alternator were bad. We spoke with the manager Frank again and he was rude (complaining about having to already fix the dents and scratches) but said we could bring the car in and they would fix it. So this is our 3rd trip, we turned the car in and after a week called them for the status of the car and Frank said that he spoke with the owner they were not going to fix it, because I took the car to two different shops for diagnostics test, but he will give us $150 to have the alternator fixed. We now have to spend a lot of money ($1,040 to fix the alternator and an additional $270 for two diagnostic test for a car I just bought because of shady business practices. Please find another dealership!

      Frank is unprofessional. Loves impersonating a sales manager and enjoys being rude and hanging up on customers. Very unethical which turns me away from Ultimate Auto.
