After our car was towed to the Hyattsville location of bumper to bumper we paid the necessary amount to reclaim our vehicle (175) , we saw there was damages to the wheel and pulled out of the impound and pulled over to a safe place to look it over which we found the wheel was blown, the treed was gone and the wheel was unalined , we called and complained about the damages and was ignored , when we informed that we would like a refund, they swiftly changed the subject and hung up and ignored our calls

I got my car towed on July 6, 2023 @ 10pm on ******* **** apartments. When I went to pick my car up from the lot. I don't remember the guy name but we waited a little while for him to get back to the lot because no one was there. When he got there we went through the payment process. I had to use my sister card because I didnt have mine. After payment was completed he opened the gate. I started my car up and drove it off the lot. When I got to my sister house, I didnt know until then that my check engine light was on. My AC was also not working and when I got up the next rising, in the front of my car a cover for something was hanging off but uncle latched it back on because it was dragging. I have a loose cord just hanging, Dont know where it goes to. Nothing and I mean nothing was wrong with my car before they towed it. All these problems happened after they towed it. The looks of it he attached to my car wrong and ripped a wire off something, now my car sounds weird and AC dont work.

Bumper 2 bumper towed my car from the ****** (**** ****** **** *****) between the hours of 10pm 2/13/23 and 6am 2/14/23. When I called to retrieve my vehicle I was told they didn't open until 8. Md state laws say that they have to be available to release my car to me 24/7 (24 hours a day / seven days a week). The man who answered the phone hung up on me when I told him this and then continued to screen my calls until another employee took over his shift @8am. I waited there from 7 to 8 in front of the business with no one there to assist me. Which is the opposite of 24/7 service and a direct violation of md towing laws and the company seems to be indifferent . Im filing this complaint because I would like a refund on the 2 tows that I have recipients for . My reasoning is predatory towing practice in which they towing company is towing and charging people but are not available 24/7 for people to retrieve their vehicles. Each ticket was 175$ for a total of 350$. I have been towed by them more but I dont have the receipts unfortunately. If youre going to tow peoples cars using the law as a reason to justify your actions ; then you should follow the law. These companies should not be above the laws and guidelines. The most disturbing part is as a customer I was treated with the utmost disrespect before the employee who took over @ 8am on 2/14/23. As if I were the one inconveniencing them trying to retrieve my car that they towed on behalf of the ****** complex. Your company is offering a service to this complex and then not fulfilling the service to completion. Part of the service the company provides is 24/7 availability (the ****** has the signs stating this in the parking lot) . Can you please have them reach out

The tow truck company was very unprofessional and towed my vehicle without reason. The driver finally released my vehicle after a cash only exchange yet the signage says accept cards only. The driver arrived high on weed and I had to request receipt multiple times. He took a picture of my ID which I was uncomfortable with but would not open the gate without it.

On October 19, 2022 I parked my vehicle in a public parking to take my mom to get her nails done and to go to a few stores. I come back out the nail salon and my car is towed. I called and asked why did they tow my vehicle they said because I walked off of my car. But I’m in a parking lot with over 10 stores. How can you tell a person they can’t walk away from their vehicle in a parking lot with stores. I asked for a picture or a video of me “walking off” my car. But if I am parked in a correct parking spot during the right business hours how is this even possible. They made me pay $175 for me parking in a public parking lot with open stores. I want them to provide documentation of this incident. If they can not provide no proof I would like them to be fined, investigated and I want my money back.

I was towed by this company on 4/17 from my complex. I reached out to the company to get my car at 745am, they didnt know if they had my car so after calling the police I was told they did. I called back at 815am and told them I needed to come pick up my car and he said go ahead and come on. I get there by **** to find them closed. I stood outside in the rain for 45 min before ****ing back home. I called a total of 10 times before someone picked up and said they should be there by 1230pm. As I am typing this its 140pm and still have not got my car. Please keep in mind that they charge $25 an hour after 18 hrs so I guess I will be expected to pay that.

This tow company has towed my vehicle from my apartment complex. They tow the vehicles mostly during none business hours so if you wanted your vehicle back five minutes after it was towed you will still have to wait till morning for them to release it. I came to the tow company during their business hours paid the fee for releasing my vehicle. But the tow company has my vehicle blocked in. And theres no truck available to move cars in order to get my vehicle. So now I have to wait to receive my vehicle after paying and its causing me to lose money because I have to be at work. This is just one of many many complaints I have with this particular business and I truly believe they should be investigated immediately.
