I ordered two items from their site. In fact, it was two of the same jackets but in different colors. They sent one but not the other. I thought since I went through the "SHOP" app they were legit, but just like the rest of the reviews said, the email doesn't work and the number listed keeps saying they are closed. I just decided to dispute it with my credit card... I'm sure they won't be able to reach them either so my refund should be soon.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with sugar popped on December 8, 2021, today is now January 13, 2022 and I have yet to receive my package. I have sent 4 messages to this company with no response. I even sent a dm on Instagram, nothing. They have the worst customer service.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item from them I never received and their communication is non existent..I have emailed several emails provided multiple times texted, dm, called and left messages no reponse all the way around the board. I ordered a jacket 12/7/21 sent a email stating it would be shipped and expected 12/10 and never received and the tracking number is now nonexistentInitial Complaint
