Want to work this out with Preferred Contractors Insurance, and BBB the ins co I paid.. Everything to date has been thru (unethical) Zoom Professional Services Carisbad, Ca. Policy #****************. North West Beaches Development LLC On March 16 2022, I received a billing from United Financial Service (collection agency) for $13 077.00.( 2.5 years since I cancelled this policy) with a Zoom Professional Services Invoice dated 9/13/2021 ( year after I dropped the policy) Stating: Preferred Contractors Insurance RRG has issued a estimated Invoice as your General Liability audit is now non-compliant. My yearly premium was 1,450.00 Until the 3/16/2022 we were unaware of any non compliance and did not receive any billing/correspondence concerning this matter from either Preferred Contractors, (the Broker) Gas Lamp, nor the 3rd party auditor Zoom Professional Services. Last correspondence concerning this policy was on 9/16/2020 from Gas Lamp (Tyler*******) soliciting to get documents signed for 2020-2021. period. Stating: If anything changed with the business to let him know so they could make necessary adjustments. There was no mention of being out of compliance. I did submit a questioner to Zoom per request on 2/28/20 for 2018-2019 request. I did send 2018 tax docs and 2017 comparison for the biz which was closer to the norm. I informed Zoom that 2019 was still being compiled by my accountant for taxes, We were late due to the severe damage left by Hurricane Michael to the business flip and 2 personnel residences. We were basically shutdown with repairs and ins issues. And truthfully forgot about the audit with all ongoing. I would like to resolve with PCIF directly. I am not the only one problems with Zoom and nothing to hide. After the Hurricane our business was less than half of what premiums were based upon for 2018-2019. Note: I did not drop this policy due to the audit, We do not provide public work and only require Builders Risk policies.
