Love this research company. Has been very helpful in making money to assist with the bills! I haven't really had an issue in receiving the incentives promised to me, but the one time I did have a discrepancy in the promised incentive the service team was extremely prompt in contacting the researchers and fixing the error. This is a company that stands by their patients. It's on my list of the best study websites with monetary incentives, and it makes me sad to hear there are people claiming it's a scam. I can understand some of the complaints about never getting qualified for anything and never receiving studies. I have quite a few diagnosed chronic diseases, however the only studies I manage to get are those for the more rarer diseases. Most research currently being done at the time does not solely focus on psychological diseases, so getting a study that's looking for those with depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc., is a bit unlikely. All in all, honest and responsible company, good incentives for the work required in studies, and a website that is very easy to navigate. Thank you, Rare Patient Voice!

This is a scam. You end up providing very sensitive, personal information, but then never qualify for surveys. Do not sign up with this scam.

Thanks for trying to participate. Not everyone qualifies for every study, our clients determine the qualification criteria. But we are not a scam! We've paid patients and caregivers over $10 million since our founding 10 years ago. Patients rate us 9.4. out of 10 on their overall experience. When you don't qualify, please ask the project manager - often they will be able to tell you why. And when you don't qualify, your data is not used.

I have use them for years now. As I am on disability, this really helps with making a little extra money. They have always been great and reliable. Any problems.. they fix it. Any questions, they have you. I definitely recommend. 100 times over!!

I qualified for a Lupus survey for $50.00, I completed the survey and at the very end I was told thank you but we are filled with participants. I spent 45 mins taking this survey. They scammed me, got all my info for their use and now don't want to pay me what they owe me!!!!!

We pay participants as fast a possible as soon as a study is closed. Once our client confirms the study has closed and who has completed, we submit their checks for payment on that Friday, and the checks go out by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. In this case, the client has not confirmed if the participant did take part. We are in constant contact with both the client and the participant as to the status.

We never "scam" anyone. If a person doesn't qualify for a study, none of their information is every used. And if a person takes over 10 minutes to determine if they qualify, we make sure they are paid for their time. We have paid over $8 million to participants in our studies.

This is not true! I just took another survey from them and haven't received payment yet. This was a $20 survey and that was weeks ago. As far as you getting paid if it takes you over 10 mins to qualify, WRONG!!!!! I promise they don't compensate you for this. I wanted to give them one more chance by taking a survey for them, where's the payment? They are not so called scammers but why does it take months to get paid??? Then they deleted my acct and had to reopen it because I filed this complaint. I just want my money, I helped them by taking a long survey, when willi get payment in 6 months??????????????????????????????

To follow up, the patient was paid $50 for participation on project M******** at the same time all other participants were paid. This was at the end of the project in accordance with our policy of paying when a project closes. We have maintained this policy since the inception of Rare Patient Voice. In an email from *********** we stated this will be our policy for the foreseeable future and since the patient takes issue with this policy we can certainly remove them from the panel so they won't become frustrated. We also asked if the customer would post an update here in BBB but we have yet to receive a response.

Update: I did FINALLY receive payment. This is a great company to do surveys for. They are totally legit!!!
