This is my 3rd project. I feel blessed to have met John his workers. I had my front cement steps and railing rebuilt plus an added touch. They check all the boxes for just good quality work in a timely fashion. Yes, I will use his service again.

We discovered water leaking into our basement after a big storm in May 2024. Following due diligence, we had 3 waterproofing companies come out and John from Brother's Waterproofing separated himself from the competition. First, he is the owner of the company as opposed to a sales rep and his passion and enthusiasm was evident. Then he evaluated our entire basement instead of just the effected area (this included going into our crawlspace to detect black mold we didn't know about). Finally, he provided a quote on the spot. When work began Chavez and the crew were prompt, respectful, and did excellent work. While working in the crawlspace they noticed some structural issues and quoted me the price to fix them on the spot. We ultimately went with 2 sum pump systems installed on 5 foundational walls along with 3 column supports and underpinning. I couldn't be happier with the work and highly recommend John, Chavez, and Brother's Waterproofing for any basement water problems.

I recently noticed my carpet was wet in my family room. I went to *****************t magazine and selected 3 companies. After the second contractor I made a decision to go with that company for a water mitigation system. As fate would have it John came to give a quote on the day I was expecting my job to be done. John gave us a detailed discription of what needed to be done and how he would approach it. I am a visual person and thus was able to better understand the problem and the method to correct it when John showed us the problem and showed us how he would fix it. His crew was efficient and respectful of my home. They were very neat in the way they worked and cleaned up after themselves daily. I’m sure they moved a ton of cement from my home. This crew was worth their weight in gold. I would definitely do business with this company again but hopefully not for this problem…perhaps their home improvement

I had an amazing experience with Brother's Waterproofing LLC. This company and the people who work for it are phenomenal. I had a nightmare situation in my basement that consisted of frequent flooding whenever it rained and it was horrible. I called Brother's Waterproofing in 2023 and they gave me a quote but life happened. A year later I reach out and the quote was the same and they added in some great offers too! They helped me immensely. The work was done quickly, efficiently and these guys are the real deal. Very up front, respectful and they don't cut corners! They tell you like it is. I am so grateful to them for helping me with that nightmare I had and will definitely be using them again in the future if need be. You can't go wrong with this company.

Brother's Waterproofing has been the most honest, reliable, meticulous, and hard working contracting companies I have ever met. John painted a clear picture of the problem our basement was facing and detailed out his solution to solve it. After that we never had to worry about it again. I watched the workers lay out the job site with methodical detail and an apparent effort to prioritize the quality of their work over all else. I could tell they take pride in what they do and the finished product shows that. Our basement was having some water issues so we had searched around for different opinions to help us understand what we were dealing with. John came out for an estimate and was very straightforward with us regarding our basement and its needs, which was a lot. We had one sump pump that was constantly being overworked, water leaking in different areas, and patches done by previous companies. John sat down with us and walked through all of the updates needed to make our basement waterproof, including a brand new sump pump and adding an additional sump pump because of the size of our basement to create a brand new fully capable system as well as wrapped walls. His team also added window-well drainage, which was previously nonexistent, and moved the water runoff from the sump pump further away from our house. The team was punctual, respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves, and most importantly put up with all of my random questions and pop-ins. John was very communicative and responsive throughout the process. At this same time we also found out some issues with our roof and I reached out to John for assistance. He also has a team that replaces roofs and was able to get his team out within 2 weeks of my inquiry to replace my roof. Very pleased with both projects and the quality and service from John and the whole Brother's team.
