The company, Green Forever Landscaping and Designs, Inc. was hired to clear my backyard and build a garden box, along with placing raised bed garden soil in the garden box. First problem; was that the workers placed the garden box up against the fence and they were not supposed to. That problems was solved. --the second issue was that the workers mis-aligned the gate of the fence so that the fence did not open towards the alley like it should have. The response from Green Forever--Mr. F....., was that "his men did not do it." I went back and forth with this issue which should have been solved promptly. ---The 3rd issue was the soil. The soil started to grow other material, whereas I could not transplant or sow any seeds in the garden box. I requested a refund for the soil. Mr. F....threatened that "there will be repercussions" and threatened to place a lien on my property. REALLY???---- Mr. F... does not accept responsibilities for the mistakes he/his company makes and tries to blame me, the customer for the mistakes the company makes. I'm still waiting for a refund. I would like to address the fact that we have been in constant contact with ******************* in reference to the statement about the soil she received.
I stated to her on several occasions, the soil is organic and we have offered to refund her the money, however, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the soil that was placed at her home.
In no time did we not conduct ourselves in a professional manner to our customers or the community that we serve.
Again, we have tried to resolve this manner with refunding her the full amount of which she feels is owed to her.
We are dispersing a refund to her as of today, July 25, 2022, and we hope that this makes the customer feel at ease.
