On June 1, 2022 I notified Ms. Apria G******, owner of Plethora Strategic Solutions that I was canceling our barter contract due to her breaching the contract by not completing any of the listed task in the contract. She was to work on my website and my social media pages in the timeframe as listed in the attached contract. Ms. G******, replied via email on June 3, 2022, that my request was received and I should receive my full refund by July 30, 2022. Due to my numerous international travels, I was not able to keep or follow up with her. Currently I will be contracted to work out of the country for about 2 years and want to close off all open or pending business transaction. I sent a notarized final demand letter of my refund and stated that it should be sent virtually with the listed options. Ms. G****** replied with another excuse or stalling tactic to not pay me my refund. She is knows that I travel out of the country a lot and can only received payment digitally, which is the format I paid her. I have attached all the related documents and I would love to get my refund and be done with this fraudster. Yes, I do believe that Ms. G****** is a scammer, for her website and original business email is no long working.
