I called Lambright Pest Control Services, Inc and told them what I needed in order to sell my house. They quoted me a price of $450.00. I did not sign anything nor did I agree to pay $1,250.00. I have witnesses that will confirm that I was given a price of $450.00.They came out on 9/18 and performed the inspection and treatment. I was charged an amount of $1,250.00. I was not aware of that until I received my credit card statement. This is now being investigated by the Credit Card Company. I went to their office and requested to see the original copy of what I signed. They would not give it to me. I was told that it was locked up and the person who could get it was gone for lunch. After waiting for a good while, I had to leave for another appointment. When I returned an hour or two later, the lady was back and she gave me a carbon copy of what I signed. I still have not been able to obtain the original. The carbon copy had a price of $1,250.00. They have not produced the original yet. I hope that you can help me resolve this issue. I wanted to send this letter because if it was done to me, they will do it to someone else.
