On November 2nd 2022 This HORRIBLE tow company attempted to tow a car that was parked behind my parked car in front of my home. In doing so the driver damaged my back bumper with the car he was towing. I yelled and screamed for him to stop but he left in a hurry. I contacted the company and was SEVERELY disrespected. I asked them to fix the damage to prevent myself from being in a courthouse in a pandemic as I had a transplant recently and have no immune system due to rejection medications. They have told their insurance company that they did not do itas well. It took them SEVERAL days to answer their own insurance company. I informed them of all of us and just asked that they repair my bumper. I had absolutely nothing to do with the reason he was there and I should have my bumper fixed. I have been pushed away and the owner is a COWARD and won't even come to the phone. This is now a hit and run and a criminal act. I'll see them in court for a lot more than what they could've settled it for. Absolutely disgusting.

This company is completely immoral and consists of master con artists. This company is contracted with the HOA in my development. They claim to have tagged my vehicle due to a flat tire noted on 9/14/21. According to the proper notification was done by them placing a sticker on the vehicle. They stated that the sticker had been placed on the lower right windshield (passenger side). Keep in mind those stickers leave major residue post removal. I can assure you that this step never occurred. They towed our vehicle on the evening of 9/20/21, claiming to have given us 72 hours to address the tire (per their policy). When I spoke with Danny K, the owner he explained that they had photos that were time-stamped. However, when u asked to see the photos that were not provided to me. Essentially, this was an unauthorized tow as we contacted our HOA and stated such. We received an email from the HOA further confirming that the tow company is required to notify them of any tows, according to them that never happened, therefore deeming the towing unauthorized. Of course, we received an official apology and offer to refund our money upon retrieving our vehicle. When we went to retrieve the vehicle along with a local officer by our side, the young man claimed that they couldn’t take our payment via credit card because the “owner” was the only one who had the processing machine. — extremely alarming to say the least! They explained, “if you pay by cash app we can waive the $25 fee!” If you need a quick $400, just knock on my door and ask! Don’t scam people simply for some quick cash. Businesses that operate this way do not flourish. Good luck in your future endeavors Tristate Towing and we will see you in court!
