According to the IRS, Ms. Donna H***, DMV Tristate Financial Services LLC incorrectly amended our 2019 taxes. I emailed her for assistance on Mar 8, 2022, Mar 31, and April 9. I have called her several times and was able to leave a message only once and the other times her mailbox was full. I called DMV Tri-State Financial on Mar 15 and left a message and my phone indicated I talked for 43 seconds. I called DMV Tri-State Financial, on Mar 24, 12:45 P.M., Mar 31, 9:40 A.M., and on April 7, 4:11 P.M. I told Ms. H*** by email on Apr 9 that if I didn’t hear from her I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and placing a review on the **** ****** ***** by the end of the day on Apr 15. I called DMV Tri-State Financial, on April 17, 12:07 P.M., the mailbox was full. As a last resort, I called a different number for Tri-State Financial on April 17, 12:27 P.M. (Easter Sunday) and Ms. H*** answered the phone and we talked for 2 mins and 25 seconds. Ms. H*** requested me to call back on April 20 at 12:30 P.M. and she will discuss the issue more. She stated there is nothing to worry about and all three of her telephone numbers are correct and also her email address. I requested her to review the IRS correspondence I sent her on Mar 8th. I called Ms. H*** on April 20 at 12:30 P.M. and she was shopping. She was unavailable to talk about my 2019 taxes and she told me to give her a call on April 21 I told her that she should call me. I did not call Ms. H*** because I made every effort to contact her. I think Ms. H*** should reimburse our fee for amending our 2019 taxes.
