-Deposit of half of total due ($2049) on April 26th, and scheduled work to start on May 13th.-No workers showed up on the agreed upon date and POC could not be reached until the following week -Was then told the owner/POC had a medical emergency at that time, and work was rescheduled to 5/18 -On 5/18 the contractor POC arrived at my home and worked till approximately 1pm, where they communicated they needed to go back to their facility and retrieve additional materials.-Contractors did not return to the site until approximately 7pm with no contact with me in-between, I was upset about this as their materials were left in a way that would obstruct roofers I had coming the next day.-Upon contractors return I was informed that one of the POC's employees assaulted another, and his phone was stuck in the back of his work van until he returned back to my house.-Upon return evening of 5/18, contractors did not complete work but at least made roof accessible to roofing team with promises to return the next day.-On 5/19 coordinated with POC to arrive after the roofers as they came earlier than expected, was told contractors would arrive approximately at noon.-POC did not get into contact with me until 4:30pm, was told he was on his way. He did not arrive until about 8pm - Contractor POC was at my house till nearly Midnight, at his own choice, saying multiple times work was nearly complete.-POC left with work uncompleted, and over the next few days we scheduled a date to finish work, settling on 5/27 -Contacted POC 5/26 to confirm work schd., which he did.-On the day of, contractor did not arrive and no contact has been made since (it is 6/8/2022 as I write this)-I looked at the company ******** page 5/27 to see that on 5/25 the owner posted a picture of my roof and chimney in progress, claiming that work was completed and that I the customer was satisfied (screenshot attached)-I still have contractor materials which were left assuming they would return
