I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet from Bowie Chevrolet. The early part of May, 2023 I could not remove the key from the ignition. This caused me to not be able to secure my vehicle and discharged the battery. I could not get the vehicle to start. I charged the battery and took my vehicle to the nearest Chevy dealer, Waldorf Chevrolet. I presented the truck with the problem in full affect. Chevy personnel observed the problem and made an appointment to repair it the next morning. I delivered the truck at 0700 and picked it up at 1315. It was stated that they could not recreate the problem and there for could not diagnose the or repair the problem. It is a common problem across several lines of Chevrolet. I was told a loaner car would be ready for me by June. Chevrolet customer service and Waldorf Chevrolet have completely dropped the ball with regard to honoring their warranty an/or providing service to a loyal customer. The problem with the key is getting worse and will eventually leave my stranded. I stated that if Cheverlote would provide me with the part I would fix it myself, no response. If they cant fix it I will.

My vehicle, 2015 Black Chevy *******, has been there since 12/13/22 and still hasn't been fully repaired. I was told on multiple occasions by my Service Advisor (******) that my vehicle would be fully repaired by a certain day. Friday 3/17/23, was the most recent day I've been told my vehicle was going to ready by both my Service Advisor and the Service Manager (******) but ended up being disappointed because that wasn't the case. I also requested a loaner multiple times during repairs and I still haven't obtained one. Waldorf Chevy is a very reputable dealership with resources and multiple mechanics. That being said, It shouldn't take this long to fully repair my vehicle.

On February 11,2023 my dad purchased a car in cash and added my name to the purchase so it would be listed on the title. The car salesman, *********************** asked me to complete a short questionnaire to confirm my identity. I also gave him my government issued ID earlier. Before completing the questionnaire I asked ****** if he was checking my credit and he stated that he was not. A week later a hard inquiry was listed on my credit report from the car dealer. I called ****** and he said that sometimes an inquiry will show up on your credit report after the dealer checks to confirm your identity. Then he gave other excuses that made no sense. I was clearly told by him that my credit wasnt being checked. This hard inquiry will remain in credit report for two years and my credit score has lowered.

My car was dropped off on 15 March 2022, that's when I showed my coupons to the service advisor. I was called on 16 March 2022 at 6:25pm saying the car is ready. (They close at 6:30) On 17 March 2021 when i pick up my car, I was told (out loud) since your bill is so low sir they couldn't give my a discount with coupons or military discount. I've called the service Manager, but haven't received a call back. As of 22 March 2022.

Referencing Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac dealership, I financed a 2014 ***** ******* on Sunday 1/30/2022 the cost was $25000. The windshield needed to be replaced and the car was in very bad running conditions on the highway. The shaking and clicking noise as if the frame was bent, insufficient for driving. This would have been a car to transport my family around town I was not comfortable with the car. I return the vehicle to the dealer after 2 business days of financing. The Dealer excepted the car reluctantly and threaten to ruin my credit so that I could not purchase another vehicle.

After test driving a vehicle, I was asked to fill out a form with personal information. I was not told that it was to pull my credit. When asked prior to what I was signing the gentleman jokingly said haha you just signed for the car. When speaking to the manager about my complaint he said it was to give me accurate numbers to purchase the car and no concrete numbers were provided and I did not authorize or provide permission for them to pull my credit.

I purchased my vehicle in september of 2020 at Waldorf Chevy Cadillac. Within the first 30 days of me owning the vehicle there were recall issues. After that my car worked for about 3 months and then was sent right back to the shop and has been there for the last 5 months starting in June of this year. Neither one of the dealerships offered or had any loaner cars available for me to use. Having two jobs i was forced to take public transportation while covid-19 is still very active. In the midst of staking public transportation i was exposed to covid-19 and lost two weeks of pay from both jobs. I spoke with waldorf chevy cad and instead of retiring the car as i wished to do they were set on trying to sell me another vehicle with an additional $2,000 down payment. Having this issue has not only affected my finances but has also caused me a great amount of stress and health issues.
