This place deserves negative 5 stars! 2000 characters isn’t enough to describe how bad this place is. My wife and I decided to buy our 2020 Honda CRV after our lease ended in August of this year. We never missed a payment during the lease and always kept the vehicle in good condition. When we went into the dealership to ask about financing which they were unsure because my wife’s parents had recently filed for Bankruptcy and her Fathers name was on the lease as a co-signer. Long story short they quickly told us, yes we could indeed buy the vehicle we just needed to send the money to Honda Corporate. All is good we return to the dealership finance through USAA and purchase the vehicle in the beginning of September. 5 week later my wife’s parents receive a letter in the mail saying we have been entered into a new 42 month lease that is currently delinquent and the vehicle is at risk for repossession. Like anyone would we immediately spring into action and I call Honda Corporate and are told that Waldorf Honda never received the payment for the vehicle buyout. I call USAA and explain the situation and they tell me, yes indeed Waldorf Honda received the payment on September 5th and they gave me the tracer number. Naturally I call Waldorf Honda irate at this point and I’m transferred to their finance department where I’m told that they did receive the payment however no one filled out the remaining paperwork or did anything on the matter for nearly 6 weeks. It would be another month and a half before we received our metal plate and the process was complete not mentioning how many times we were assured the matter would get dealt with promptly. During this whole ordeal I was the dealership 6 times. I can say with certainty the staff is incompetent, the Auto repair center is rude and the management is absolutely useless. If I didn’t do my job for 6 weeks I wouldn’t have one and this place should out of business. I will never walk in there again as long as I live.Review from Teresa C

My 80-year-old mother purchased a 2020/21 through Waldorf Honda that already had over 60,000 miles. They charged her over 20,000 for the car couldn’t provide her tag or title until 8 months later. It was the worst experience I have ever encountered. My mom took it upon herself to go and get a car with assistance. I pulled up information on the car, which had been stolen before from Pennsylvania. The assistant manager was willing to help Mr. Ho until he felt that he didn't have to communicate with me because I'm a third party not knowing I had Power of Attorney over my mom's estate. She purchased this car in April, and I kept reaching out to them and was being brushed off and told they are waiting on the paperwork to come back from Pennsylvania. No one took the time to keep in touch with her to keep her informed of the issue. I went to MVA to find out they never filed all the proper paperwork they only sent in the title that my mom had signed. I can't believe they talked her into financing with them and the bank accepted all the information without all proper title information for the vehicle. I have myself never purchased a vehicle and had to wait that long and she was riding on a dealer tag. I had kept calling the dealership not getting any assistance from any staff. The financial person was a little nasty but pretend he was trying to assist in the manner. This is a terrible thing to have done to an elder woman. I reached out to MVA Investigations, and the dealership didn't want to buy the car back I reached out to different attorney's trying to resolve this issue and it wasn't settled until after I reached out to Channel 9 New (CBS) and two weeks later my mom received a call to pick up her tags after she purchased this vehicle in April 23, and it was in November 23. Watch places like this so pressed for money don't care who it comes from. I know it is a good ole boy network down here but fair is fair! Zero is a better rating wouldn't let me.Review from Amy S

I paid close to $15,000 for a 2015 Kia Soul + and from day 1 the brakes made a noise and the paint is peeling every time the car gets wet. It has a burning smell when I cut the car. It failed Va. Inspection for breaks and floor pan and they refused to fixed it because MD passed it just like that.Review from Amy S

I paid nearly $15,000 for a 2015 Kia Soul+ since day one the brakes has made noise. The paint is falling off there's a burning smell when the car shuts off. It took 2 months to receive tags when it was supposed to be transferring from the old tags. On the day I received tax went to Virginia to get the car inspected it was rejected because of the brakes and floor pan and they refused to fix itReview from Ni B

If I could give a zero rating I would. There is not enough space in this box to articulate all of the negatives which I have experienced with Waldorf Honda management. If it was not for my sales man Bert B**** I would have taken other actions before now. To summarize a long story they sold me a vehicle with a bad engine. The vehicle started doing all types of crazy things which included jerking and smoke. I took it to the maker of the vehicle dealership where I learned the engine was bad after spending $978. John the sales manager at Waldorf Honda was rude and curt when I called to inform him of the situation being I had only had the vehicle for a few months when this originally started. Fast forward Waldorf Honda had my vehicle for about 3 weeks, told me it was not the engine and to bring it back at 1200 miles. Once again was treated rudely for them to tell me a week later, the engine is bad. Almost two weeks has gone by and I have not heard from sales or service manager. I have not heard from any management. This is horrible leadership and if I owned Waldorf Honda I would be appalled at the behavior and lack of care to a customer that is being displayed. This is just the beginning, I have nothing nice to say about this dealership.Review from Cheryl D

I just attempted to activate my Sirius XM Guardian and was told the information doesn't match the signal from my car where I was calling from. After escalating it to upper tech support, they explained that the radio installed came from another vehicle with the same year and model as mine! Therefore they weren't able to activate the service due to security reasons! They charged my 3rd party warranty company $975 for a USED part that they decided to install in my car! When I did receive my car back it was glue on the dash that I had to remove, a leak in my tire (after I paid $140 for an inspection), radio resets all my settings(Screen flashes beats by Dre), and didn't bother to clean it before returning the vehicle to me and changed the settings for my DRL without my permission!
